Կարապետ Ռուբինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Կրկին մամուլի հրապարակումներից տեղեկացա, որ ՀՀՇ ղեկավարները նորից հանդիպման են գնացել սպանությունների, բռնությունների ու զանգվածային քաղաքական հալածանքների միջոցով երկրում իշխանությունը յուրացրած Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ եւ, ի թիվս այլ կուսակիցների, նաև իմ անունից նրա հետ քննարկել են "սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների" խնդիրը:
Կրկին ու ցավով պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ ՀՀՇ համագումարը, խորհուրդը կամ վարչությունը իրենց որոշումներով չեն լիազորել Բաղրամյան 26 այցելածներին ներկայացնելու կուսակցության դիրքորոշումը խնդրի վերաբերյալ, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ չեն քննարկել նման հարց:

ՀՀՇ ղեկավարների նման գործելաոճը կոպտորեն ոտնահարում է կուսակցության անդամների` հարցեր քննարկելու ու որոշումների կայացմանը մասնակցելու իրավունքը եւ խորը հակասության մեջ է այն սկզբունքների հետ, որոնց շուրջ պայմանավորվել էինք հիմնադիրներով, երբ ընդվզեցինք Հայաստանի նորագույն պատմության մեջ առանցքային դերակատարություն ունեցած այս կուսակցությունը մեկ անձի քմահաճույքով լուծարելու դեմ եւ վերաբացեցինք այն:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում, երբ ի հեճուկս առաջին հանդիպման առիաթով հրապարակավ հայտնած իմ անհամաձայնության ու բողոքի' ընդեմ որդեգրված հակաժողովրդավարական գործելաոճի, համառորեն կրկնվում է նույնը, ստիպված եմ հայտարարելու Հայոց համազգային շարժում կուսակցությանը իմ անդամակցությունը դադարեցնելու մասին:
