Գերմանիան ձգտում Է կառուցողական հարաբերություններ հաստատել Ռուաստանի հետ, բայց ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի պատճառով Եվրամիության կողմից Մոսկվայի նկատմամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները չեղարկելու ժամանակը դեռ չի եկել: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է ԳՖՀ-ի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը՝ ել ույթ ունեալով Գերմանա-ավստրիական առեւտրական պալատի 60-ամյակին նվիրված տոնական միջոցառման ժամանակ: Նրա խոսքը օգոստոսի 28-ին մեջբերել Է Welt Online հրատարակությունը:
Մերկելը խոստովանել Է, որ «Ռուսաստանի դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցներից տուժում են մի շարք ընկերություններ»: «Ուստի մենք ցանկանում ենք հասնել քաղաքական համապարփակ պայմանների, որոնք թույլ կտային չեղարկել պատժամիջոցները»,- ընդգծել Է կանցլերը:
Սակայն, նրա խոսքով, «հաշվի առնելով միջազգային իրավունքի լուրջ խախտումները եւ Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում իրադրության անկայունությունը», սահմանափակիչ միջոցների չեղարկման պահը, «ցավոք, դեռ չի եկել»:
Ինչպես Գերմանիան, այնպես Էլ Ավստրիան ձգտում են «գործընկերային հարաբերություններ հաստատել Ռուսաստանի հետ», հավելել Է նա: «Մեզ հարկավոր Է լուծել այնքան շատ միջազգային հիմնախնդիրներ, որ ցանկալի կլիներ վերադառնալ կառուցողական համագործակցության: Իրանի հետ համաձայնագրի օրինակով մենք տեսանք, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ կարելի Է հասնել միասնության»,- ասել Է Մերկելը: Նա հույս Է հայտնել, որ Մոսկվան «կարեւոր դեր կխաղա» նաեւ Սիրիայի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
