Ներկայացնում ենք 10 մթերք, որոնք ըստ վիճակագրության հայերն ամենաշատն են օգտագործում (բացառությամբ 1-ին անհրաժեշտության մթերքների):
10. Հավի միս
Հավի միսը՝ համեմատած մյուս մսատեսակների, ամենաէժանն է հայկական շուկայում, ինչ պատճառով էլ շատերը կարող են շաբաթը 1-2 անգամ իրենց թույլ տալ դրա օգտագործումը:
9. Նրբերշիկ
Հայերը շատ են սիրում այս մսատեսակը: Մասնավորապես կանադական նրբերշիկը ամենատարածված ու սիրված ուտելիքներից է մեր երկրում:
8. Լոլիկ
Բանջարեղենները ցանկացած հայի ճաշի սեղանի մի մասն են կազմում: Լոլիկն ու վարունգը ամենատարածված և գնվող բանջարեղեններից են Հայաստանում:
7. Գազավորված ըմպելիքներ
Զարմանալի չէ երևի թե: Ինչպես ամենուր, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում, կոկա-կոլան, պեպսին և մյուս գազավորված ըմպելիքները շատ տարածված են:

Գրեչկան նույնպես, իր մատչելի գնի միջոցով շատ տարածված հացահատիկ է Հայաստանում:

Հայերը առանձնահատուկ սեր ունեն դեպի կարտոֆիլը: Մեր քաղաքացիները այս մթերքը շատ են սիրում և շատ են օգտագործում: Ո՞վ չի սիրում տապակած կարտոֆիլ կամ պյուրե:
2. Սուրճ
Հայերը սուրճի սիրահար են: Բնակչության մեծամասնությունը միջինում ամեն օր 1-4 գավաթ սուրճ է ըմպում: Հատկանշական է, որ կանայք 2x ավելի շատ են օգտագործում կոֆեին:

Ցուցակի առաջատարը աղի կաթնամթերքն է: Անսովոր է պատկերացնել հայի սեղանն առանց այս մթերքի: Այն ասես մեր ազգային ուտեստներից լինի: Մի խոսքով, պանիրը ամենաշատ սպառվող մթերքն է մեր երկրում՝ չնայած հասարակ քաղաքացու համար ոչ այնքան էժան գնի:
