Reservin.am-ը գրում է.
Գրեթե բոլորի հետ էլ պատահել է, երբ պատվիրել ենք մի բան, կլինի դա օնլայն տարբերակով, թե հենց սրճարանում, բայց մեզ մատուցել են բոլորովին այլ բան: Reservin-ը ձեզ կպատմի իրական պատմություններ այն մասին, թե ինչպես են մեզ խաբում ռեստորաններում, սրճարաններում և ուտելիքի օնլալն պատվերների դեպքում:
Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ երևանյան սրճարաններից մեկում էի: Առաջին հայացքից մաքուր և քաղաքակիրթ վայր էր թվում: Մատուցողը բարեհամբույր էր, մենյուն՝ գեղեցիկ ձևավորմամբ, դե իսկ ուտելիքներն էլ իրենց հերթին ախորժալի տեսք ունեին: Սակայն, ամեն ինչ փոխվեց, երբ իմ պատվերը խոստացված 10 րոպեի փոխարեն բերեցին 40 րոպե անց: Պատճառաբանությունն այն էր, որ իմ պատվիրած աղցանի համար պահանջված մթերքները բացակայում էին, և մատուցողը ստիպված է եղել մոտակա խանութից գնել դրանք: Իսկ տեղեկատվությունը ոչ այլ ինչ էր, քան պարզապես խաբեություն:
Ես պատվիրել էի սնկով աղցան, հատուկ նշելով, որ դրա մեջ չավելացնեն կծու պղպեղ: Աղցանն ինձ մատուցեցին առանց սնկի և շատ կծու պղպեղով համեմված: Ես հրաժարվեցի ուտել և դուրս եկա սրճարանից, իհարկե, վճարելով գումարը, խոհարարի այդպիսի «տանջանքների» դիմաց:
Այդպիսի դեպք էլ եղել էր մտերիմներիցս մեկի հետ: Նայելով նկարին, պատվիրել էր տավարի կոտլետով բուրգեր՝ երկու շերտ հոլանդական պանրով և հազարաթերթիկի տերևներով: Կարո՞ղ եք պատկերացնել, թե առաջին հայացքից ախորժալի թվացող բուրգերն ինչ տեսք ուներ: Նրան մատուցել էին այնպիսի վատ մսից պատրաստված կոտլետով բուրգեր, որ նա 2 օր հրաժարվում էր որևէ բան ուտել, իսկ հոլանդական պանրի փոխարեն բուրգերը մատուցել էին հայկական չանախով:
