Ծառուկյանի ախոյան-սանիկին սնանկացրին

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ախոյան-սանիկ Արթուր Հարությունյանի «Կինգ դելյուքս» ընկերությունը սնանկացել է դատարանի վճռով: Հայաստանի ներսում եւ դեպի Ռուսաստան բավական մեծ ծավալով ուղեւորափոխադրումներ իրականացնող ընկերությունը սնանկ է ճանաչվել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատարանի վճռով դեռ այս տարվա հունիսի 19-ին:
Հուլիսի 13-ին «Կինգ դելյուքսի» սնանկության գործով կառավարիչ է նշանակվել Աշոտ Տեր- Վարդանյանը: «Կինգ դելույքսի» պարտատերերի առաջին ժողովը նշանակվել է սեպտեմբերի 23-ին:
Նշենք, որ Երեւան-Աբովյան գծի հետ կապված Արթուր Հարությունյանը չլուծված կոնֆլիկտ ունի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ: Նրա «Կինգ Դելյուքս» ՍՊԸ-ն հայց է ներկայացրել Երեւանի Կենտրոն- Նորք մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ ընդդեմ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի՝ պահանջելով արգելել բարեգործական ուղեւորափոխադրումները, քանի որ դա անհավասար մրցակցություն է ստեղծում եւ խանգարում է իր բիզնեսին: Նշենք, որ «Կինգ դելյուքս»-ին է պատկանում Երեւան-Նոր-Հաճն գիծը սպասարկող 253 համարի երթուղայինը եւ Երեւան-Աբովյան 259 համարի ավտոբուսը»:
