 Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում պատմել Է առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության շուրջ Չինաստանի հետ բանակցային գործընթացի, ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ երկրների հետագա ինտեգրացման հեռանկարների մասին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

Նա հիշեցրել Է, որ 2015 թվականի մայիսին Եվրասիական բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհուրդը որոշում Է ընդունել ՉԺՀ-ի հետ բանակցություններ սկսել առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության (ԱՏՀ) համաձայնագրի կնքման շուրջ: Սարգսյանը նշել Է, որ չինական կողմը, ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ պետությունները ԱՏՀ-ի մասին ապագա համաձայնագիրը դիտում են որպես կազմակերպության եւ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսական գոտու (ՄՃՏԳ) չինական նախաձեռնության զուգակցման գործընթացի բաղադրիչ մասը:

«ՄՃՏԳ-ն ինքը գլոբալ նախագիծ Է, որը ներառում Է ամենատարբեր բաղադրիչներ՝ տնտեսությունը, առեւտուրը, տրանսպորտը, մշակույթը, կրթությունը եւ այլն: Եվ հարկավոր Է նշել, որ իր բազմավեկտորայնության պատճառով ՄՃՏԳ-ի նախագծերի իրացումը վերապահված չԷ ՉԺՀ-ի որեւԷ նախարարության կամ մի կազմակերպության: Հանձնաժողովը ԱՏՀ-ի մասին համաձայնագրի կնքման ուղղությամբ աշխատում Է ՉԺՀ-ի առեւտրի նախարարության հետ, թեեւ ՄՃՏԳ-ի համար պատասխանատու Է ոչ միայն այդ նախարարությունը, այլեւ Զարգացման եւ բարեփոխումների պետական կոմիտեն, ԱԳ նախարարությունը, ՄետաքսÕ « ճանապարհի հիմնադրամը եւ այլ հիմնարկություններ»,-ասել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահը, հավելելով, որ Պեկին իր այցի հիմնական նպատակը հանդիպումն Էր Չինաստանի Պետխորհրդի փոխվարչապետ Չժան Գաոլիի հետ, որը ղեկավարում Է ՄՃՏԳ-ի գծով գործնականում բոլոր պետական հիմնարկությունների ու կառույցների աշխատանքը:

Խոսելով բանակցություններին հատկացված ժամկետների մասին՝ Սարգսյանը նշել Է, թե կողմերը ելնում են այն բանից, որ որքան ավելի շուտ կնքվի համաձայնագիրը, այնքան ավելի շահեկան կլինի դրա մասնակիցների համար, բայց չպետք Է ավելորդ շտապողականություն դրսեւորվի ի վնաս համաձայնագրի եւ կողմերի շահերի:

Նա ընդգծել Է, որ ԱՏՀ-ի մասին համաձայնագիրը չի փոխարինի ՉԺՀ-ի հետ ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ առանձին պետությունների հարաբերություններին: «Ընդհակառակը, առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագիրը կնաստի ՉԺՀ-ի հետ ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ բոլոր պետությունների հարաբերությունների ինտիտուալացմանը»:
