Մերօրյա հավերժական թվացող վազքի ու մշտապես ժամանակի խնդիր ունենալու պայմաններում, երբ գիշեր ու զոր աշխատում ենք անձնական և ընտանեկան հոգսերը թոթափելու համար, կանգնում ենք սնվելու խնդրո առաջ. ասել է թե կարիք ունենք արագ ու հապճեպ կշտանալու: Այդ ժամանակ մեզ օգնության ձեռք է մեկնում, այսպես կոչված, ֆաստֆուդը, որի բացասական ազդեցության մասին լեգենդներ են հյուսվում: Reservin-ը փորձել է հասկանալ, ի վերջո ո՞րտեղ է ավարտվում ճշմարտություն և սկսվում առասպելը:
Ամբողջ աշխարհում ֆաստֆուդը համարվում է էժան ու հասանելի սնունդ: Պատրաստում են այն հենց մեր աչքի առաջ: Արագ սննդի հանդեպ մանիայի հասնող սերը կապված է ոչ միայն դեմոկրատական գների, այլև՝ համի հետ: Միգուցե հենց այդ «դրախտային» համն էլ ստիպում է մեզ հավատալ, թե արագ սնունդը, հատկապես, համբուրգներն ու ֆրին չափազանց սննդարար են և օգտակար վիտամինների պահոց: Ամենևին՝ ամբողջ գաղտնիքը թաքնված է նպատակայնորեն կիրառվող համի մարկետինգի մեջ: Ստացվում է, որ ֆաստֆուդի օգտակարությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ այն պարզապես կշտանալու պատրանք է ստեղծում:
«Ֆիրմային» հնարքները, որոնք կիրառվում են հայտնի հաստատություններում, երբ սովորական նրբերշիկը, բուլկին և կոտլետը հանկարծ վերածվում են կախարդական կերակուրների, ինքնըստինքյան կախվածություն են առաջացնում: Ու երբ գալիս է լանչի ժամը, մենք արդեն չենք պատկերացնում սնվելու ակնթարթներն առանց մեր սիրելի չիզբուրգերի և բիգմակի. վազում ենք մոտակա արագ սննդի կետը ու բառացիրեն հարձակվում են այդ յուրօրինակ թմրամիջոցի վրա: Այո՛, ֆաստֆուդը նարկոտիկի ազդեցություն ունի. դրանում համոզվել են աշխարհի բնակչության լայն զանգվածները: Համեղ է՝ դրանում ոչ մի կասկած չկա, բայց վնասակար է. արագ սննդի չարաշահումը պարտադիր բացասական հետևանքների կբերի:
