11 տավա ազատազրկում՝ կնոջը դանակի 30 հարվածով սպանելու համար

Մալաթիա Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավճռով Մալաթիա շուկայում վարագույրների խանութում կնոջը դանակի 30 հարվածով սպանելու համար ամուսինը՝ Արտակ Առաքելյանը դատապարտվել է 11 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման:
Այդպիսով, դատավոր Ռոբերտ Պապոյանի նախագահությամբ դատարանը Առաքելյանին մեղավոր է ճանաչել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ սպանություն, և 235-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով՝ ապօրինի կերպով սառը զենք կրելը:
Տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Սեդա Սաֆարյանը Panorama.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զորւյցում ասաց, որ իրենք դատարանից ակնկալում էին ավելի մեծ պատժաչափ՝ 13 տարի ազատազրկում:
Բացի այդ դատարանը բավարարել է նաև քաղաքացիական հայցը, որի համաձայն, տուժող կողմին Հեղինեի թաղման արարողության ծախսերի փոխհատուցում պետք է վճարի Արտակ Առաքելյանը՝ 1.5 մլն դրամ:
Հարցին, թե պատրաստվո՞ւմ է տուժող կողմը բողոքարկել դատավճիռը, քանի որ ակնկալում էր խոշոր պատժաչափ, փաստաբան Սաֆարյանն ի պատասխան ասաց, որ կստանան դատավճիռը, կքննարկեն տուժողի իրավահաջորդների հետ և հետո միայն որոշում կկայացնեն:
Մեղադրանքի համաձայն, «խանդի շարժառիթով» և «ամուսնական անհավատարմության պատճառով սպանելու դիտավորությամբ» 2015-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին գնացել է Մալաթիա շուկային կից վարագույրների խանութ, որտեղ աշխատել է նախկին կինը, և իր մոտ եղած որսորդական դանակով բազմաթիվ՝ 30 հարված է հասցրել իր նախկին կնոջ՝ Հեղինե Դարբազյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ինչի հետևանքով Հեղինեն մահացել էր:
