Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, Գերմանիայի ֆեդերալ կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը Չինաստանում հանդիպում կանցկացնեն «Քսանի խմբի» գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում եւ կքննարկեն ուկրաինական ճգնաժամին առնչվող խնդիրները:
Ինչպես հաղորդում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությանը, այդ մասին նրանք պայմանավորվել են օգոստոսի 23-ին կայացած հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում:«Երեք պետությունների ղեկավարները պայմանավորվել են շարունակել անձնական շփումները ուկրաինական թեմատիկայի շուրջ եւ, մասնավորապես, համատեղ հանդիպում անցկացնել «Քսանի խմբի»՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-5-ին Չինաստանում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում»,-ասված Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, Անգելա Մերկելը եւ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը նաեւ քննարկել են Մինսկի գործընթացի հեռանկարները՝ անվտանգության բնագավառում քաղաքական քայլերի եւ միջոցառումների համաժամանականացման հիման վրա:
Կողմերն ընդգծել են «մշտական հիման վրա Դոնբասի հատուկ կարգավիճակի օրենսդրական ամրապնդման, սահմանադրական բարեփոխման եւ համաներման անցկացման, տեղական ընտրությունների կազմակերպման կարեւորությունը»: Բոլոր այս հարցերը «պետք Է համաձայնեցվեն Շփման խմբում, որտեղ Կիեւը հնարավորություն ունի ուղղակի երկխոսություն վարել Դոնեցկի եւ Լուգանսկի հետ»:
