ՄԻՊ-ը Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում շուրջօրյա հերթապահության դադարեցման հարցով քննարկման ընթացակարգ է սկսել

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական հսկողությամբ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 28-ից սկսած կատարվում են պարբերական այցելություններ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմից, շարունակվում են այնտեղ պահվող Ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած կալանավորված անձանց պահման պայմանների, նրանց իրավունքների ապահովման եւ բուժօգնությանկազմակերպման վիճակի մշտադիտարկման աշխատանքները:
«Մշտական սկզբունքով կատարվող այցելությունների շրջանակներում առանձնազրույցներ են տեղի ունեցել Սեդրակ Նազարյանի, Թաթուլ Թամրազյանի,Արմեն Լամբարյանի, Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի, ինչպես նաեւ Պավել եւ Արամ Մանուկյանների հետ: Կատարվել են մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություններ: 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ին գրություններ են ուղարկվել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարություն, համաձայն ստացած բողոքների, մի շարք կալանավորված անձանց բժշկական խնամքը կազմակերպելու նպատակով վերջիններիս առողջապահական մարմինների բուժական հիմնարկ տեղափոխել ու վերաբերյալ: 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 22-ին Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի Խոշտանգումների եւ վատ վերաբերմունքի կանխարգելման վարչության իրավաբանի եւբժիշկ-մասնագետի՝ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ կատարած հերթական այցելության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ«Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ գործուղված եւ վերջիններիս խնամքն ապահովող մասնագետների կողմից իրականացվող շուրջօրյա հերթապահությունը դադարեցվել է: «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջների համապատասխան բուժօգնության հետագա կազմակերպման եւ խնամքը դադարեցնելու հարցով սկսվել է քննարկման ընթացակարգ: ՀՀ արդարադատության եւ առողջապահության նախարարություններից կպահանջվեն համապատասխան գրավոր պարզաբանումներ»,- նշված է ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
