Սոդան նեյտրալացնում է քրտինքի pH-ը և վերացնում է բակտերիաները:

Տարայի մեջ լցրեք գոլ ջուրը, ջրի յուրաքանչյուր քառորդ մասի համար ավելացրեք 1ճ/գ սոդա, ոտքերը թրջեք այս լուծույթի մեջ, թողեք մնա 15-20 րոպե: Խորհուրդ է տրվում կրկնել այս պրոցեդուրան ամեն գիշեր: Մեկ այլ մեթոդ է նաև կոշիկների և գուլպաների մեջ, նախքան դրանք հագնելը, մի փոքր սոդա լցնելը:

Կոճապղպեղը դադարեցնում է բակտերիաների աճն ու վերացնում է տոքսինները:

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Միջին չափի կոճապղպեղից խյուս սարքեք, ապա, խյուսը թողեք տաք ջրի մեջ 10-15 րոպե: Խառնուրդը քամեք, ստացված հեղուկի միջոցով մերսեք ոտքերը քնելուց առաջ: Այս պրոցեդուրան կրկնեք 2 շաբաթ շարունակ:
