Հոնքերը մարդկանց արտաքինի շատ կարևոր մասն են կազմում, ուստի հարկավոր է, որ դրանք միշտ լինեն խնամված: Ամենից հաճախ հոնքերի նոսրությունը պայմանավորված է լինում սխալ խնամքով: Պարբերապար ունելիի օգնությամբ մազերը հեռացնելու արդյունքում մազարմատները թուլանում են և մազերը դառնում են ավելի նոսր ու բարակ: Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում հոնքերը ճիշտ խնամելու 6 խորհուրդ, որոնք կօգնեն ձեռք բերել գեղեցիկ ու խիտ հոնքեր:

 Ինչպես արագ աճեցնել հոնքերը

 1.    Հոնքերը հանգիստ թողնել

 Հարկավոր է մի որոշ ժամանակ մի կողմ դնել ունելին: Բնականաբար անհրաժեշտ է հեռացնել հոնքերի մեջտեղում գտնվող մազերը, սակայն հոնքերին ձև հաղորդելու համար ունելիի փոխարեն կարելի է օգտագործել մատիտ, որը կատարելապես կքողարկի բոլոր թերությունները:

 2.    Սանրել հոնքերը

Հոնքերը սանրելը խթանում է դրանց աճը: Ամեն երեկո մաշկը մաքրելուց հետո հոնքերը սանրելու դեպքում՝ մեկ շաբաթ անց դրական փոփոխություններն արդեն ակնհայտ կլինեն:

 3.    Օգտագործել հոնքերի ածելի

 Նույնիսկ ունելի չօգտագործելու դեպքում պետք չէ մոռանալ խնամքի մասին: Հոնքերի ձևը շտկելու համար կարելի է օգտագործել հատուկ սարք՝ հոնքերի ածելի:

 4.    Օգտագործել հոնքերի աճը խթանող շիճուկ

 Այսօր կան բազմաթիվ միջոցներ, որոնք նպաստում են մազերի ակտիվ աճին: Լավ կլինի դրանք քսել գիշերը, որպեսզի այն հնարավորինս երկար մնա մազերի վրա: Բացի այդ, մազերի աճը խթանող շատ լավ միջոց է նաև գերչակի յուղը:

 5.    Ընդունել վիտամիններ

 Մարդու արտաքինի բոլոր խնդիրները նրա օրգանիզմի ներքին վիճակի արտացոլումն են: Առողջ մազեր ու եղունգներ ունենալու համար շատ լավ օգնական է վիտամին E-ն:

 6.    Ճիշտ սննդակարգ

 Արագ սննդի սիրահարները կարող են անգամ չերազել խիտ ու գեղեցիկ հոնքերի մասին, քանի որ դրա համար հարկավոր է սննդակարգի մեջ ներառել սպիտակուցներով, A և E վիտամիններով հարուստ մթերք:
