Երբևէ պատկերացրե՞լ եք, որ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների գները կարող են անցնել բոլոր հնարավոր սահմանները: Բայց արի ու տես, որ աշխարհում թանկարժեք ըմպելիքների սիրահարները բավականին շատ են: Նրանք պատրաստ են իրենց սիրելի խմիչքի մի շշի համար վճարել մի ամբողջ կարողություն: Reservin-ը որոշեց պարզել, թե որոնք են աշխարհի հինգ ամենաթանկ խմիչքները:

Տասնյակ տարիներ առաջ շվեդական նավերից մեկը դեպի Ռուսաստան էր տեղափոխում Նիկոլայ Ցարի համար նախատեսված այս շամպայնի մի ամբողջ խմբաքանակ: Սակայն գերմանական սուզանավի պատճառով նավը խորտակվեց: 1998-ին խորտակված նավը հրաշքով հայտնաբերվեց։ Պարզվեց, որ թակարժեք բեռի գերակշռող մասն անվնաս էր մնացել: Այս պատմությունն իր դերը խաղաց թագավորական շամպայնի գնագոյացման գործում:

Այս օղին պատրաստվում է Շոտլանդիայում և համարվում է աշխարհի ամենաթանկ օղին: Շիշը զարդարված է թանկարժեք քարերով, իսկ օղու թորման ընթացքում օգտագործվում է միայն սկանդինավյան կեչու փայտածուխը: Դրանից հետո օղին անցնում է իսկական ադամանդյա ավազի միջով: Օղու գինը տատանվում է 3.700-ից մինչև 1.600.000 դոլար: Գինը կախված է շշի վրայի ադամանդների քանակից ու օղու որակից:
