Ադրբեջանը թիրախ է հանդիսանում «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության  համար, եւ այդ պատճառով այսօր երկրում ավելի շատ անհանգստացնում է զբոսաշրջության «արաբացումը», քան «գյուլենականների» առկայության փաստը:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի կրոնական համայնքների հետ աշխատանքի գծով պետկոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Ռաֆիկ Ալիեւը: «Ադրբեջանի անվտանգությանը սպառնում են ԻՊ-ի ահաբեկիչները, եւ ոչ թե «գյուլենականները»», -հայտարարել է նա:

Դրա հետ միասին փորձագետը հայտարարել է, որ այսօր Ադրբեջանի համար «գյուլենականների» վտանգ չի տեսնում: Ներկա պահին նա հնարավոր վտանգ է տեսնում միայն ԻՊ-ի ահաբեկիչներից:

«Վերջին երկու ամիսներին Ադրբեջանում խիստ մեծացել է Մերձավոր Արեւելքի երկրներից, հատկապես Իրաքից եւ Սիրիայից զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը: Ես անգամ դա գնահատում եմ որպես զբոսաշրջության «արաբացում»: Այսօր Ադրբեջան ժամանող զբոսաշրջիկների 40-50 տոկոսը արաբներ են: Գալիս են 7-8 հոգանոց խմբերով: Նրանց մեջ տարեց տղամարդ է, մնացածները կանայք են, նրանք երիտասարդ են` գլուխները ծածկած մուսուլմանական գլխաշորերով: Նրանք խոսում են Ադրբեջանի շրջաններ այցելած զբոսաշրջիկների հետ, տեղեկություններ հավաքում: Նրանց բոլորի միջեւ լուրջ կապեր կան: Հյուրանոցն երի անվտանգությունը չի ապահովվում,  նրանց բեռը հյուրանոցներում չի ստուգվում», -ասել է Ալիեւը: 

Նա նաեւ ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանում ոչ թե շատ «գյուլենականներ կան», այլ մարդիկ, որոնք կարող են ահաբեկչական գործողություն կատարել: Այսպիսով, փորձագետը գտնում է, որ Ադրբեջանը կարող է դառնալ ԻՊ-ի հաջորդ թիրախը:«Այդ մասին խոսվել է բացահայտ: Իմանալով այդ մասին, ինչու մենք անվտանգության միջոցառումներ չենք ձեռնարկում: Երբ ես տեսնում եմ, այդ տուրիստական հոսքը, հասկանում եմ, որ նրանցով ոչ ոք չի զբաղվում: Հյուրանոցները զբաղված են փող վաստակելով, անվտանգության միջոցառումները նրանց մոտ խիստ ցածր մակարդակի վրա է: Ես խիստ անհանգստացած եմ, քանի որ մենք չունենք եկվորներին վերահսկող լուրջ մասնագետների խմբեր», -հավելել է նա:

Իսրայելցի փորձագետ, նախկին դիվանագետ, Իսրայելի «Նաթիվ» կենտրոնի նախկին ղեկավար Յակով Քեդմինը virtualaz.orgլրատվական կայքին տված հարցազրույցում Ադրբեջանում կրոնական հողի վրա լարվածության հետ կապված հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի համար ամենալուրջ սպառնալիքներից մեկը կրոնական հողի վրա ծայրահեղական (ehval-ruhiye) հոգեվիճակի ուժեղացումն է: «Այս կամ այլ իսլամիստական խմբավորումների մարտիկների` Սիրիայից Ադրբեջան վերադարձը կարող է պատճառ դառնալ երկրում ներքին կայունության կտրուկ խախտման եւ ահաբեկչական գործողությունների աճի համար», -ասել Õ § իսրայելցի փորձագետը:
