Ադրբեջանում դոլարի «սեւ շուկան» վերակենդանանում է. բանկերի աշխատակիցները զբաղված են դոլարի անօրինական առեւտրով

Ադրբեջանում մանաթի էժանացման հետ կապված դոլարի նկատմամբ պահանջարկի խիստ աճի պատճառով դիտվում է «սեւ շուկայի» վերակենդանացում, ընդ որում այդտեղ դոլարի առեւտրով զբաղված են հիմնականում բանկերի աշխատակիցները:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկակայոչելով «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը, Ադրբեջանում դոլարի «սեւ շուկա» հիմնական մատակարարները հանդիսանում են իրենք` ֆինանսական կառույցները, իսկ վաճառողները` բանկերի աշխատակիցներն են:

Ըստ գործակալության` Ադրբեջանի նավթի պետական հիմնադրամը օգոստոսի 18-ին 28 բանկերի ընդամենը 50 մլն դոլար է վաճառել, այն դեպքում, երբ դոլարի պահանջարկն այդ օրը կազմել է 700 մլն դոլար:

Fins.az լրատվական կայքը հայտնում է, որ օգոստոսի 19-ին Բաքվի «սեւ շուկայում» մեկ դոլարը վաճառվել է 1,6850 – 1,6855 դոլարով (պաշտոնապես փոխարժեքը օգոստոսի 19-ին սահմանվել էր 1USD/1,604 AZN)` առանց քանակի սահմանափակման:  Փորձագետները Ադրբեջանում «սեւ շուկայի» ծաղկման հիմնական պատճառ տեսնում են փոխանակման կետերի փակման, ինչպես նաեւ բանկերի կողմից դոլարի վաճառքի սահմանափակման մեջ:

Ադրբեջանցի հայտնի տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Նեմաթ Ալիեւն այդ առնչությամբ հայտնել է, որ վերջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում դոլարի դիմաց մանաթը մոտ 9 տոկոսով արժեզրկվել է (դոլարի պաշտոնական փոխարժեքը 1,49 մանաթից բարձրացել է 1,62 մանաթի): Նրա խոսքով` հայտնի չէ, թե դոլարի թանկացման գործընթացը երբ կկանգնի, քանի որ Ադրբեջանում տեղական արտադրությունը շարունակում է օրեցօր նվազել, ճգնաժամը հասել է բոլոր ոլորտներ, բանկային համակարգը փլուզվել է:

«Ֆինանսական հատվածում խիստ կրճատումներ են գնում: Բանկային գործունեությունն անարդյունավետ վիճակում է: Բանկերը չեն կարողանում վարկավորել երկրին: Վարկային ռեսուրսները վեջանալու վրա են: Երկիր արտարժույթի հոսքը նվազել է: Դրան հակառակ, աճել է արտարժույթի հոսքն արտասահման: Նման պայմաններում մանաթի փոխարժեքի կայունությունը պահել անհնարին է: Աշնանը մեկ դոլարն Ադրբեջանում կարժենա 2 մանաթ, եւ դա կանխել իրական պայման գոյություն չունի», -նշել է ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետը:
