«Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդ»-ի նորեկ, Ֆրանսիայի ազգային հավաքականի կիսապաշտպան Պոլ Պոգբան ուրախ է հարազատ ակումբ վերադառնալու համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, Անգլիայի Պրեմիեր լիգայի երկրորդ տուրում սեփական հարկի տակ «Սաութեմփթոն»-ին հաղթելուց հետո «Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդ&raquo ;-ի պաշտոնական կայքի հետ զրույցում Պոլ Պոգբան նշել է, որ իր համար հրաշալի պահ էր կրկին «Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդ»-ի մարզաշապիկով դուրս գալ խաղադաշտ: «Ես ինձ շատ լավ եմ զգում, քանի որ վերադարձել եմ հարազատ ակումբ: Մենք լավ արդյունք գրանցեցինք, ուստի ես երջանիկ եմ: Ես չգիտեի, որ 90 րոպե կխաղամ, մարզիչը վստահեց ինձ, և դա ինձ ուրախացնում է»,- ասել է Պոգբան:

 Անդրադառնալով «Սաութեմփթոն»-ի հետ խաղին` ֆրանսիացի կիսապաշտպանը նշել է, որ հանդիպման առաջին 20 րոպեների ընթացքում իրենց համար շատ դժվար էր խաղի մեջ մտնել: «Բայց, երբ մենք սկսեցինք խաղալ մեր ֆուտբոլը, կարողացանք հեղինակել առաջին գոլը: Զլատան Իբրահիմովիչը շատ բան է անում թիմի համար, և դա հենց այն է, ինչ մենք ցանկանում ենք: Ահա, թե ինչու է նա այստեղ, և ես հույս ունեմ, որ նա անընդհատ գոլեր կհեղինակի»,- հավելել է Պոգբան:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին` կարո՞ղ է Ժոզե Մոուրինյոյի գլխավորած թիմն ընթացիկ մրցաշրջանում լուրջ հաջողությունների հասնել, Պոգբան պատասխանել է. «Ես հույս ունեմ, որ այդպես էլ կլինի: Դա այն է, ինչ մենք ցանկանում ենք: Մենք «Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդ»-ն ենք, մենք սովոր ենք միշտ հաղթել: Միակ բանը, որ մենք ցանկանում ենք անել, հաղթելն է»:

Պոլ Պոգբան ամառային տրանսֆերային պատուհանի ընթացքում իտալական «Յուվենթուս»-ից տեղափոխվել է «Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդ»: Պոգբան 2012թ. «Յուվենթուս» էր տեղափոխվել հենց «Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդ»-ից: Ոչ պաշտոնական տեղեկությունների համաձայն` անգլիական ակումբը Պոգբային հետ բերելու համար «Յուվենթուս»-ին վճարել է 105 միլիոն եվրո, ինչը ֆուտբոլի պատմության ամենաթանկ տրանսֆերն է:
