Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության բանաձեւը կարող է քննարկվել մինչեւ հուլիսի կեսերը. Աշոտ Հայրունի

Թուրքական կողմը ճնշումներ է գործադրել Բունդեսթագի պատգամավորների վրա ապրիլին Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցով, սակայն Գերմանիայի նախագահի հաստատակամ դիրքորոշումը կարողացել է որոշակի փոփոխություններ մտցնել գերմանական քաղաքական դիրքորոշման մեջ: Թեպետ մի քանի անգամ Բունդեսթագում հետաձգվել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության բանաձեւի քննարկումը, սակայն պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, գերմանագետ Աշոտ Հայրունին հավաստիացնում է, որ գործընթացը դեռեւս ավարտված չէ: Հունիսի 8-ին կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Հայրունին ասաց, որ նախատեսվում է, որ Բունդեսթագն արձակուրդից առաջ հարցը կքննարկվի եւ այդ գործընթացը կտեւի մինչեւ հուլիսի երկրորդ կեսը:
«Բանաձեւում կան թե՛ ընդունելի, թե՛ միաժամանակ անընդունելի տարրեր: Եթե համամատենք 2005թ. բանաձեւի հետ, իհարկե, մի քանի քայլ առաջ է, սակայն մի շարք հարցեր վիճարկելի են: Օրինակ, բանաձեւն ընդունում է Հոլոքոստի եզակիությունն ու առանձնահատկությունը եւ թվում է, թե այդ եզակիությունը հայոց եւ մնացած ցեղասպանությունների համամետությամբ է: Բանաձեւում ասվում է, որ հայերի ոչնչացումը պետք է դառնա դասընթացների նյութ էթնիկական հակամարտությունների ուսումնասիրման համատեքստում: Այս առումով սխալ է «էթնիկական հակամարտություն» տերմինը եւ պետք է լ իներ «էթնիկական զտումներ»»,-ասաց Հայրունին` հավելելով, որ թուրքական կողմը կշարունակի որոշակի ջանքեր գործադրել, որպեսզի ազդի և բանաձեւը չընդունվի:
Այս առումով, Հայրունին շեշտում է, որ հայկական կողմը պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկի, որպեսզի գործընթացի ավարտին մեզ համար ընդունելի բանաձեւ լինի: Այս առումով, Հայրունին առաջարկում է տեղեկագիրք հրատարակել, որտեղ կներկայացվեն այն շտկումները, որոնք պետք է հստակեցնեն պատգանավորների դիրքորոշումը:
Բունդեսթագի` ապրիլի 24-ի լիագումար նիստում որոշվեց արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի քննարկմանն ուղարկել 1915թ. Հայոց մեծ եղեռնը Ցեղասպանություն որակող բանաձևերի նախագծերը: Ապրիլի 24-ին Բուդեսթագի նիստում հնչեցին 9 ելույթներ, որոնցից 7-ում պատգամավորները Ցեղասպանություն էին անվանում 20-րդ դարասկբին Օսմանյան Թուրքիայի կողմերից հայերի, հույների եւ ասորիների բնաջնջումը: Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի նախագահ Նորբերթ Լամերթը 1915-ի եղելությունն անվանեց ցեղասպանություն:
