16 զույգեր, ովքեր նիհարել են միասին

Ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելը հեշտ գործ չէ: Դա շատ համբերություն և ծանր աշխատանք է պահանջում: Սակայն մենք հավատում ենք, որ ամեն ինչ կարող է ավելի հեշտ լինել, եթե մեկը ձեր կողքին է և ձեզ հետ նույն նպատակներն ունի:

Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում երջանիկ զույգերի լուսանկարներ, ովքեր միասին ազատվել են ավելրոդ քաշից և հրաշալի արդյունքների են հասել:

Քլեյրից և Սթիվենից պահանջվել է 5 տարի՝ այս հրաշալի արդյունքին հասնելու համար:

Այս զույգը իրենց հարսանիքին գեղեցիկ տեսք ունենալու համար միասին կորցրել է 60 կգ քաշ:

Իսկ այս զույգը երկու տարում կարողացել է ազատվել 227 կգ քաշից:

Դեննին և Քալենը միասին ազատվել են 147 կգ քաշից:

Դժվար է հավատալ, որ այս ամուսինները ժամանակին այս չափի տաբատներ են կրել:

Մարկը և իր կինը միասին նիհարել են 95 կիլոգրամով:

Դժվար է հավատալ, որ այս լուսանկարներում նույն մարդիկ են:

Բրիսը և Էմբերը ազատվել են 84 կիլոգրամ քաշից՝ իրենց հարսանիքին գեղեցիկ և տպավորիչ տեսք ունենալու համար:

Այս երկու ընկերները մի օր որոշեցին նիհարել և տեսեք, թե ինչ հրաշալի արդյունքի են հասել:

Ջոանը և Բերրին կտրականապես հրաժարվեցին անառողջ սննդից և միասին նիհարեցին 285 կիլոգրամով:

Իսկ Ջոնը և Լիզան համատեղ ջանքերով նիհարել են 150 կիլոգրամով:

Այս զույգը ազատվել է 90 կգ քաշից

Անհավատալի է, բայց Նոելը և Լաիզան միասին ազատվել են 150 կգ քաշից և հիմա միասին տեղավորվում են մեկ շապիկի մեջ:

Միշելը և Փիթը մրցակցում էին միմյանց հետ և հիմա նրանք նիհարել են 86 կգ-ով:

Լինդին և Ուեյնը համարվում էին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ամենագեր զույգերից մեկը, սակայն նրանք որոշ ժամանակ անց միասին նիհարեցին 380 կգ-ով և կորցրեցին իրենց «կոչումը»:

Այս զույգը միասին ազատվել է 64 կիլոգրամից, սակայն հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ նրանք հիմա ավելի երիտասարդ տեսք ունեն, քան 1994 թվականին:
