«Օրերս բավականին ուշագրավ միջադեպ է գրանցվել բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մասնակցությամբ Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան քաղաքում: NewsBook-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ամեն ինչ սկսվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ Սիսիանի քաղաքապետարանի ավագանու անդամներից Սրբուհի Գրիգորյանը նամակ է գրել ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին: Ավագանու անդամը նամակով տեղեկացրել է, որ քաղաքին տրամադրվող գումարները չեն ծառայում իրենց նպատակին այն պարզ պատճառով, որ դրանք պարզապես տեղ չեն հասնում եւ ճանապարհին կորում են:  Շուտով իրավիճակի ճշգրտման համար անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում լսել Սյունիքի մարզպետին՝ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանին, քանի որ Սիսիան քաղաքն, ինչպես հայտնի է, մտնում է Սյունիքի մարզի մեջ:

Արդյունքում՝ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանն անմիջապես գալիս է Սիսիանի քաղաքապետարան ու քաղաքապետ Աղասի Հակոբջանյանից սկսում է պարզաբանում պահանջել, թե ինչո՞ւ է նման բովանդակությամբ նամակ գրվել վարչապետին: Քաղաքապետն էլ պարզ մարդկային լեզվով բացատրում է, որ ավագանու անդամը նման իրավունք ունի եւ գրել է այն, ինչ իրականում կա:

Սա զայրացնում է Սուրեն Խաչատրյանին՝ Լիսկային, ով սկսում է իրեն բնորոշ ոչ պատշաճ արտահայտություններով սրել իրավիճակը: Սակայն Լիսկան համապատասխան վերաբերմունքի է արժանանում Հակոբջանյանի կողմից, ինչն անակնկալի է բերում մարզպետին: Բանը հասնում է նրան, որ քաղաքապետը ստիպված է լինում բռունցքով կարգի հրավիրել մարզպետին, ինչի արդյունքում՝ Լիսկային օգնության են հասնում վերջինիս՝ դրսում սպասող թիկնապահները: Սկսվում է ծեծկռտուք, որից հետո մարզպետը լքում է Սիսիան քաղաքը: Հակոբջանյանը, չնայած անհավասար պայքարում, վնասվում է, սակայն վերջինս հիվանդանոց չի դիմում»:
