«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկատերերին են այցելել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության աշխատակիցները՝ նրանց պարտավորեցնելով ստորագրել նոր պայմանագրեր, որտեղ սահմանված էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեկ կվտ/ժամի համար սպառողը՝ այսինքն ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչները պետք է վճարեն 48,78 դրամ՝ նախկին 41,85 դրամի փոխարեն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը դեռեւս չի հստակեցրել՝ պետությունը կարո՞ղ է սուբսիդավորել փոքր ու միջին ձեռներեցներին, թե՞ ոչ: Սակայն ՀԷՑ-ի ղեկավարությունը չի սպասել մինչեւ ՀՀ իշխանությունները որոշում կայացնեն, եւ երեկ արդեն նա սպառնալիքներով ստորագրել է տվել նոր պայմանագիրը: «Հոսանքը կանջատենք, եթե չստորագրեք». Այսպիսի տոնայնության մեջ է եղել ՀԷՑ աշխատակիցների ասելիքը:

Երեկ արդեն ՓՄՁբազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ իրենց դժգոհության ձայնն են բարձրացրել տեղի ունեցածի կապակցությամբ: Չի բացառվում, որ ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում այս հարցը քննարկվի:

Բանն այն է, որ կառավարության վերջին նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ինքն էր խոստացել Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ քննարկել այս թեմայով ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչների ճակատագիրը: Մինչ իշխանական էլիտան մոնակոներում նշում էր Հայաստանի միանգամից մի քանի օլիգարխի ծննդյան արարողությունը՝ ՀԷՑ-ն անցավ գործի՝ իրագործելով խոստումը, այն է՝ թանկացնել էլէներգիան»:
