««ՀԺ» թղթակցին հայտնի է դարձել, որ հանրապետական կուսակցության այսօր նախատեսված գործադիր մարմնի նիստում քննարկվելու է արդարադատության նախարարի հարցը։ Սերժ Սարգսյանը գործադիրին է ներկայացնելու նախարարի թեկնածուի անունը։
Այդ թեկնածուն ամենևին էլ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը չի լինելու, թեև նրա անունը տևական ժամանակ ակտիվորեն շրջանառվում էր մամուլում։ Ի դեպ, վերջինս արդեն գնում է Ազգային ժողով և կրկին լծվել է օրինաստեղծ աշխտտանքին։ Հանրապետականի իրազեկ շրջանակները հայտնում են, որ արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնը, որը, հիշեցնենք, Հովհաննես Մանուկյանի պաշտոնանկությունից հետո թափուր է ավելի քան մեկ ամիս, զբաղեցնելու է արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության պետ Արթուր Օսիկյանը. որը Մանուկյանի պաշտոնանկության օրը «Հժ» թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հերքել էր. որ ինքն է նշանակվելու նախարար։ ՀՀԿ-ում Օսիկյանի նշանակման հետ կապված տարաձայնություններ չկան, և սպասվում է, որ հենց այսօր էլ, ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստում Սերժ Սարգսյանը կստորագրի համապատասխան հրամանագիրը և այն կհրապարակվի»,–գրում է թերթը։
