«Շոտլանդական վիսկի ընկերությունն ընդդեմ «Հայասի» ընկերության» գործով դատական նիստը նշանակվել է սեպտեմբերի 25-ին։ «Հայասին» ոչ միայն ֆինանսական, այլեւ իրավական խնդիրներ ունի, շոտլանդական վիսկի արտադրող ընկերությունը դատի է տվել «Հայասիհն», քանի որ վերջինս «Շոտլանդական վիսկի» ապրանքանիշով խմիչք է արտադրում։ ՕԵԿ-ը բուռն արձագանքեց մեր հրապարակմանը՝ «Հրապարակին» մեղադրելով ոչ միայն «ՕԵԿացավի», այլեւ անհեթեթ, չճշտված տեղեկություն տարածելու մեջ։
Մենք, թերեւս, կրկին չէինք անդրադառնա այս թեմային, բանզի մեղքի զգացում ենք ունենում, որ մեր հրապարակումներով կենդանացնում ենբ «մեռյալներին», բայց «Շոտլանդական վիսկիի» առնչությամբ պարգաբանենք. դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկանում ենք, որ «Շոտլանդական վիսկի ասոցիացիան» դիմել է դատարան՝ պահանջելով «Հայասիին» արգելել «ապօրինի գործունեությունը, կեղծ արտադրանքը շրջանառությունից հանել եւ ոչնչացնել, իրավախախտումները կանխել, վնասները հատուցել»։ Դատարանը բավարարել է հայցի ապահովման միջոցի միջնորդությունը՝ արգելանք է դրել «Հայասիի» ապրանքների վրա։ Ի դեպ՝ բաց, հրապարակային դատաքննություն է լինելու»,–գրում է թերթը։
