Իսպանիայի պետական պարտքը ռեկորդային նիշի է հասել` գերազանցելով հարյուրամյա ռեկորդը

Իսպանիայի պետական պարտքը ռեկորդային նիշի է հասել`  1,107 տրլն եվրոյի, որը 1909 թվականից ի վեր ռեկորդային է, վկայում են Իսպանիայի բանկի տվյալները, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»: 

Հունիսին պետական պարտքը կազմել է ՀՆԱ-ի 100,9 տոկոսը: Այդպիսով` հունիսին պետական պարտքն աճել է 18,549 մլրդ եվրոյով, այսինքն   մայիսի համեմատ` 1,7 տոկոսով, իսկ 2015 թվականի հունիսի համեմատ, երբ այն 1,057 տրլն եվրո էր կազմում`   4,7 տոկոսով:

Դա ավելի բարձր է, քան մարտյան ցուցանիշը, երբ պետական պարտքը հասել էր երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 100,5 տոկոսի` գերազանցելով ՀՆԱ-ի 100 տոկոսի հոգեբանական նիշը:

Սակայն Իսպանիան առայժմ չի գերազանցել պետական պարտքի սեփական ռեկորդը վիճակագրության գոյության ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում. 1909-ի հունիսին այն ՀՆԱ-ի 102 տոկոսն է կազմել:

Մինչդեռ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից հավաստիացնում են, որ երկիրը մինչեւ տարեվերջ կկարողանա կատարել պլանը եւ պետպարտքը նվազեցնել մինչեւ ՀՆԱ-ի   99,14 տոկոսը: Իսպանիայի իշխանությունները խոստանում են մինչեւ 2019 թվական պետական պարտքը կրճատել մինչեւ ՀՆԱ-ի  96 տոկոս: Սակայն Եվրահանձնաժողովն ավելի վատատեսորեն է տրամադրված: Նրա կանխատեսումների համաձայն, մինչեւ ընթացիկ տարվա վերջ Իսպանիայի պետական պարտքը կկազմի   100,3 տոկոս:

Իսպանիայի պետական պարտքը սկսել է արագացված տեմպերով աճել   2009 թվականից: Եթե 2008 թվականին այն կազմում էր ՀՆԱ-ի 39,4 տոկոսը,  2009-ին` 52,7 տոկոսը,  2013 թվականին գերազանցել է ՀՆԱ-ի 90 տոկոսի նիշը: 2016-ի մարտին այն գերազանցել է ՀՆԱ-ի 100 տոկոսը:
