««Ժողովուրդ»–ը պարզեց, որ «Կոշ» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող Գուրգեն Մկրտչյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ՔԿՀ-ի մեկ այլ դատապարտյալ ԴավիԹ Բաբայանի հետ մարդկանց է «քցել»։

Պարզվում է՝ երկու դատապարտյալներ՝ տեղեկանալով, որ իրենց դատապարտյալ ընկերներից մեկի՝ Ալեն Գասպարյանի հարազատները համացանցում տեսախցիկի վաճառքի մասին հայտարարություն են տարածել, որ մեկ օրվա դիմաց 15 հազար դրամ վճարելով՝ քաղաքացիները կարող են ձեռք բերել տեսախցիկ, որոշել են շահել։

Գուրգեն Մկրտչյանը և Դավիթ Բաբայանը նախ իրենց ընկերոջն ասել են, թե իրենց հարազատներից մեկին՝ Հարություն Հարությունյանին, օրավարձով տեսախցիկ է պետք։ Այսպես՝ 15 հազար դրամով տեսախցիկ վարձակալելու պատրվակով դատապարտյալ Դավիթ Բաբայանի ազգական Հարություն Հարությունյանի միջոցով վերցրել են տեսախցիկը և յուրացրել։ Տեղեկացնենք, որ հափշտակված տեսախցիկը արժեր մոտ 840 հազար դրամ։

Պարզեցինք, որ Գուրգեն Մկրտչյանը նաև 2015թ. հունվարի 13-ից մինչև փետրվարի 27–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում խաբեությամբ, խմբի կազմում նախնական համաձայնությամբ, կատարել է ուրիշի գույքի 4 դրվագ հափշտակություններ։ Ահա այսպես, դատապարտյալները կալանավայրում ոչ միայն չեն ուղղվում, այլև նոր հանցանքներ են գործում»,–գրում է թերթը։
