«Ծնողների մասնագիտությունը, որպես կանոն, ժառանգում են զավակները։ Սակայն նոր ժամանակներում ոչ թե մասնագիտություններն են ժառանգում, այլ պաշտոնները։ Այսպես՝ դատավորների որդիները ոչ թե իրավաբան են դառնում, այլ հենց դատավոր։ 2015թ. ամենաբարձր միավորներ հավաքած դատավորների ցուցակում ընդգրկվել են մի քանի դատավորների զավակներ։ Օրինակ՝ քաղաքացիական մասնագիտացման բաժինն արտահերթ համալրելու նպատակով անցկացվող որակավորման ստուգման գրավոր քննության արդյունքներով՝ Լենդրուշ Հովհաննիսյանն ստացել է 81 միավոր։ Նա Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի թոշակի գնացած դատավոր Հրաչյա Հովհաննիսյանի որդին է, աշխատել է դատավորի գործավար, օգնական, ունի փաստաբանի արտոնագիր։ Իսկ վարչական մասնագիտացման բաժինն արտահերթ համալրելու նպատակով անցկացվող քննությունից 92 միավոր ստացած Սուրեն Պետրոսյանն Էլ վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր Ամրահի Պետրոսյանի որդին Է՝ աշխատել Է «Միքս Փեինթս», «Գինափ» ՍՊԸ-ներում՝ որպես իրավաբան, ՊԵԿ-ում՝ հետաքննության վարչության առաջին բաժնում՝ որպես առաջին կարգի մասնագետ, վարչական դատարանում դատավորի օգնական Է եղել, ապա տեղափոխվել Է վճռաբեկ դատարան՝ դատավորի օգնական։ Նշենք, որ դատական համակարգում չգրված օրենք կա՝ մի ընտանիքից 2 դատավոր չի լինում։ Սպասում են, որ ծնողը գնա թոշակի կամ հրաժարական տա, ապա որդուն են նշանակում։ Այդպես եղավ վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր Գոհար Մատինյանի և նրա որդու դեպքում»,–գրում է թերթը։
