Հնդկական Քաշմիրում բախումների զոհերի թիվը հասել Է 65-ի

Հնդկաստան հյուսիսի Ջամուի եւ Քաշմիրի նահանգում շարունակվող զանգվածային բախումների զոհերի թիվը հասել Է 65-ի: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, օգոստոսի 16-ին հաղորդել Է NDTV հեռուստաալիքը:
Բողոքավորներն սկսել են քարկոծել ոստիկաններին, ինչից հետո իրավակարգի ուժերի աշխատակիցները կրակ են բացել բազմությանը ցրելու համար: Ուժայինների գործողությունների հետեւանքով սպանվել Է հինգ, վիրավորվել՝ 15 մարդ: Նախօրյակին՝ օգոստոսի 15-ին, համանման բախումների ընթացքում զոհվել Է ցուցարարներից մեկը: Ընդամենը Ջամուի եւ Քաշմիրի նահանգում անկարգությունների հետեւանքով վերքեր Է ստացել ավելի քան 5 հազար մարդ, զոհվել Է 65 հոգի:
Օգոստոսի 15-ին, ելույթ ունենալով Հնդկաստանի Անկախության օրվա առթիվ, տարածաշրջանի ղեկավար Մեհբուբա Մուֆթին հորդորել Է ցուցարարներին՝ խաղաղ բանակցություններ սկսել: Նա հայտարարել Է, որ միայն երկխոսությունը, այլ ոչ թե զենքը կարող Է օգնել Քաշմիրի ժողովրդին: Քաշմիրում բողոքի գործողություններն սկսվեցին այն բանից հետո, երբ այս տարվա հուլիսի 8-ին հնդիկ ուժայինները սպանեցին Մուզաֆար Վանիին՝ «Հիզբ ուլ Մուջահիդին» խմբավորման 21-ամյա ակտիվիստին, խմբավորում, որը Հնդկաստանում ահաբեկչական Է ճանաչված: Այդ պահից տարածաշրջանում պարետային ժամ Է գործում, որը մշտապես խախտվում Է ցուցարարների կողմից: Ջամուի եւ Քաշմիրի նահանգում, որի բնակչության մեծամասնությունը մուսուլմաններ են, ակտիվորեն գործում են անջատողականները, որոնք հանդես են գալիս Պակիստանի հետ դաշնակից անկախ պետություն ստեղծելու օգտին:
Հնդկաստանին պատմական Քաշմիրի տարածքի ամբողջական կամ մասնակի պատկանելությունը վիճարկվում Է ոչ միայն Պակիստանի, այլեւ Չինաստանի կողմից: Բացի այդ, տարածաշրջանի ամբողջ տարածքին հավակնում Է Ազադ Քաշմիր չճանաչված պետությունը, որը դե ֆակտո մտնում Է Պակիստանի կազմի մեջ: Քաշմիրի բաժանումը ամրագրված չԷ սահմանների մասին պաշտոնական համաձայնագրերով:
