Ինչպե՞ս բնական միջոցներով սպիտակեցնել ատամները

Բոլորի երազանքն է ձյունաճերմակ ատամներ ունենալ, սակայն քչերն են ռիսկի դիմում և քիմիական սպիտակեցում անում:

Այսօր մենք ձեզ մի քանի բնական միջոցներ կառաջարկենք, որոնք պարբերաբար կիրառելով՝ դուք հոլիվուդյան ժպիտ կունենաք և միաժամանակ չեք վնասի ձեր ատամները:

  1.  Թեյածառի յուղով

    Լուծեք 5 կաթիլ 100%-անոց թեյածառի յուղը կես բաժակ ջրի մեջ և դրանով ողողումներ արեք ամեն անգամ ատամները լվալուց հետո: Արդյունքն ակնհայտ կլինի մի քանի շաբաթից: Ավելի լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար ձեր ատամները լվացեք նաև մի կաթիլ հավելյալ յուղից ավելացնելով, սակայն միայն շաբաթը մեկ կամ երկու անգամ և ոչ ավել:

  2. Ելակի մածուկ

Վերցրեք թարմ ելակը և գդալով ճմլեք այն: Ապա դա խառնեք ծովային աղի հետ, և դա ավելացրեք ատամի խոզանակի վրա և զգուշությամբ մի քանի րոպե մերսեք ձեր ատամները: Հետո շատ ուշադիր ջրով ողողեք բերանի խոռոչը: Էմալը պաշտպանելու համար այս մեթոդը կիրառեք ոչ հաճախ, քան 2 շաբաթը մեկ անգամ:

  1. Կոկոսի յուղ

    Մի փոքր կոկոսի յուղ քսեք ձեր ատամներին մինչև դրանք խոզանակով լվալը: Թողեք այդպեք 15-20 րոպե, ապա ատամի մածուկով լավ լվացեք ատամները: Կրկնեք սա շաբաթը 2-3 անգամ:

  2.  Ակտիվացված ածուխի դիմակ


    Խառնեք ածուխը ջրի մեջ այնքան, որ ստանաք թթվասերի նման նյութ: Ապա զգուշությամբ այդ նյութը քսեք ձեր ատամներին: Թողեք դա 2 րոպե և ջրով ողողում արեք: Դրանից հետո լվացեք ատամի մածուկով: Կրկնեք սա շաբաթը 1 կամ 2 անգամ:

  3.  Բանանի կեղևով սպիտակեցում

     

    Բանանի կեղևը պարոնակում է նյութեր, որոնք քայքայում են ատամի նստվածքը և օգնում պահպանել ատամի իդեալական գույնը: Կեղևի ներսի մասուվ տրորեք ատամները երկու կողմերից և սպասեք 5-7 րոպե: Ապա ատամի մածուկով լվացեք ատամները: Այս մեթոդը կարող եք կիրառել այնքան, որքան ցանկանում եք:

  4. Կիտրոն


    Այս մեթոդը կօգնի ձեզ աստիճանաբար սպիտակեցնել ձեր ատամները և թարմ շնչառություն ունենալ: Վերցրեք 3 բաժին կիտրոնի հյութ և 1 բաժին աղ, ապա խառնեք դրանք և կրկնեք սա շաբաթը 3 անգամ:
    Ուշադրություն. Մի կիրառեք այս մեթոդը, եթե բերանի խոռոչի բորբոքում ունեք:

  5. Ալոե


    Իսկական հոլիվուդյան ժպիտ ունենալու համար վերցրեք թարմ ալոեի հյութ կամ գնեք այդ բույսի բնական գելը: Այդ հյութով տրորեք ատամները, մերսեք ատամի խոզանակով և ապա ջրով ողողում արեք: Կարող եք սա կրկնել ամեն անգամ ատամները լվալուց հետո: Մի քանի շաբաթից դուք ձյունաճերմակ ժպիտ կունենաք:
