Բակո Սահակյանն ընդունել է ԼՂՀ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի առաջարկած փոփոխությունների տարբերակը

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանն օգոստոսի 15-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել ԼՂՀ Նախագահին առընթեր սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի անդամների հետ: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, քննարկվել են սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:

Բակո Սահակյանը շեշտել է, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներն ուղղված են մարդու իրավունքների եւ ազատությունների ընդլայնմանն ու ամրապնդմանը, դատական իշխանության եւ տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգերի կատարելագործմանը, անմիջական ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտի հետեւողական զարգացմանը:

Նախագահ Սահակյանը նշել է, որ կազմավորումից ի վեր հանձնաժողովը կատարել է ծավալուն աշխատանք ու բազմակողմանի ուսումնասիրություններ, կազմակերպել է հանրային քննարկումներ, հաշվի է առնվել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների իրականացման՝ ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այնպես էլ տարբեր զարգացած երկրների փորձը, եւ արդյունքում, ներկայացվել է առաջարկ, որի հիմքում ընկած է նախագահական կառավարման համակարգը:

«Հաշվի առնելով հանձնաժողովի տեսակետը, քաղաքական ուժերի մեծամասնության դիրքորոշումը, մեր տեղեկացված լինելը բնակչության մեծամասնության կարծիքին, որն արտահայտվել է նաեւ վերջերս անցկացված սոցիալական հարցումների արդյունքում՝ ես ընդունում եմ առաջարկվող տարբերակը ու հավանություն եմ տալիս սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգին եւ հանձնարարում եմ հանձնաժողովին` մշակել ու սահմանված ժամկետում ներկայացնել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը»,- ընդգծել է երկրի ղեկավարը:
