Նպատակահարմար չէ Ադրբեջանի դաշնակցին՝ Թուրքիային ներառել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցողների չեզոք խմբում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց թուրքագետ Վիկտոր Նադեին-Ռաեւսկին:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Թուրքիան կողմ է, որն օգնում է Ադրբեջանին: «Հենց թուրք զինվորականներն են պատրաստում ադրբեջանական հատուկ ջոկատայիններին, հենց թուրք զինվորականներն են նստած Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ի շտաբերում: Մենք, իհարկե, չենք կարող Թուրքիային այդ հարցում որպես չեզոք կողմ դիտարկել: Այդ պատճառով ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորման գործընթացին թուրքերի մասնակցությունն աննպատակահարմար կլիներ»,- ընդգծեց թուրքագետը:

Անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մեւլութ Չավուշօղլուի՝ վերջերս արած հայտարարությանն այն մասին, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցով թուրքական եւ ռուսական առաջարկները նմանություն ունեն, թուրքագետը հայտարարեց. «Ըստ իս՝ դա չափազանց լավատեսական կարծիք է: Առայժմ միակ նմանությունն այն է, որ երկու կողմերն էլ շահագրգռված են հակամարտության դադարեցմամբ: Այլ նմանություններ դեռ չեմ տեսնում»:

Դա, ըստ Վիկտոր Նադեին-Ռաեւսկիի, բանակցությունների, դիրքորոշումների հստակեցման հարց է: «Դա հարց է, որը որեւէ կերպ չի կարող միայն Ռուսաստանի կողմից լուծվել: Կարգավորման հարցը միշտ վերաբերում է հակամարտության երկու կողմերին էլ: Եվ, բնականաբար, առանց հայկական կողմի որոշման գործողությունների վերջնական տարբերակ չի կարող ընդունվել»,- նշեց թուրքագետը՝ ընդգծելով, որ հայկական կողմը Թուրքիայի ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործում ներառելու ցանկություն չունի:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մեւլութ Չավուշօղլուն ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի առնչությամբ, մասնավորապես, հայտարարել էր. «Երբ դիտարկում ենք Ռուսաստանի առաջարկները, նմանություն ենք տեսնում Հայաստանին հասցեագրված մեր առաջարկների հետ: Մենք մեր ներդրումը կունենանք ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի լուծման գործում»:
