Աշխարհի բոլոր երկրներում էլ կան ավանդույթներ, որոնք մարդկանց ուրախություն են բերում։ Քչերը կարող են պատկերացնել իրենց կյանքը առանց սիրելի ավանդույթների, սակայն կան նաև այնպիսի ավանդույթներ, որոնք սարսափ ֆիլմեր են հիշեցնում։ Ահա այդպիսի ավանդույթների ամենասարսափելի 7 -նյակը։
Վզի երկարացում
Կեյայու տարածված այս դաժան ավանդույթի համաձայն, բոլոր աղջիկները պետք է արհեստականորեն երկարացնեն իրենց վզերը 5 տարեկան հասակից։ Սկզվի համար նրանք կրում են 4 երկաթյա շրջան, սակայն շրջանների քանակը հասնում է 25 –ի։ Տղամարդիկ այս կանանց պատժելու համար հեռացնում են շրջաններից մի քանիսը, որպեսզի վերջիններիս վիզը ջարդվի և նրանք մահանան։
Ատամների սրեցում
Զարմանալի է, սակայն այս զզվելի ավանդույթի հիմքում գեղեցկությունն է։ Շատ կանայք այսպիսի ատամները համարում են սեքսուալության նշան և մանուկ հասակից անցնում են ատամները սրեցնելու ցավալի գործընթացները։
Մաշկի սպիոտում
Չնայած որ աշխարհի գրեթե բոլոր վայրերում սպիերը համարվում են տգեղ երևույթ, կան այնպիսի վայրեր, որտեղ սպիերը օգտագործվում են գեղեցկանալու համար։ Շատ աֆրիկյան գյուղերում կանանց ամբողջ մարմինը, նույնիսկ դեմքը, այրում են, նախշերով սպիեր ստանալու համար, ինչը համարվում է գեղեցիկ։

Այս ավանդույթը տարածված է շատ աֆրիկյան ցեղերում։ Կանանց ստոին շրթունքը ծակում են և ծակի մեջ քար են դնում։ Ժամանակի ընթացքում քարերը մեծացնում են։ Ինչքան ավելի մեծ լինի քարը, այնքան ավելի ցանկալի կլինի կինը։
Ոտքերի փոքրացում
Այս ավանդույթը տարածված է Չինաստանում։ Երկար տարիներ շարունակ, չինացի աղջիկենրի ոտքերը ամուր կապել են պարաններով և ստիպել նրանք փոքր կոշիկներ կրել, քանի որ փոքր ոտքերը գեղեցկության և հարստության խորհրդանիշ են։
Կրծքերի հարթուկում
Կամերուն տարածված այս ավանդույթի համաձայն, աղջիկների դեռ մանուկ հասակից հագցնում են կապոցներ, որոնք ամուր սեղմում են կրծքերի հատվաճը՝ հուսալով այրել ճարպերը և կասեցնել կրծքերի աճը։ Սա անում են կանանց ոչ ցանկալի դարձնելու համար, որպեսզի վերջիններս կարողանան կենտրոնանալ սովորելու վրա։
Գանգի երկարեցում
Այս ավնադույթը աֆրիկյան շատ ցեղերի համար կարևորագույներից մեկն է։ Մարդիկ իերնց գանգերը ամուր կապում են՝ օգտագործեով քարեր և փայտեր, որպեսզի հավելյալ լարվածություն ստանան։ Այս եղանակով նրանց երկարեցնում են իրենց գանգերը, ինչը համարվում է աստվածների հետ ավելի սերտ կապի և հասարակության մեջ ավելի բարձր դիրքի խորհրդանիշ։
