Ճաշի ժամին անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել խաշած ձուկ կամ եփած հավի կրծքամիս եւ բանջարեղեն: Կարելի է նաեւ բանջարեղենային ապուր եւ բորշչ ուտել:

Ընթրիքին նախընտրելի են սպիտակուցային ուտեստները (ձուկ, միս, կաթնաշոռ): Հիշեք, որքան շուտ ընթրեք, այքան ավելի լավ:

Իսկ հավելյալ սնվելու համար պետք է միրգ, բանջարեղեն, չորամրգեր, յոգուրտ եւ ոչ յուղալի կաթնաշոռ ուտել:

Նշենք, որ ընթրելը պարտադիր է, բայց նախընտրելի է մինչ ժամը 18–19, քանի որ դրանից հետո կերած ամեն մի կտորը կուտակվում է որպես ճարպ:

Սովորաբար օրվա ընթացքում մարդիկ շատ քիչ են ուտում եւ սնվում են երեկոյան ժամերին՝ աշխատանքից հետո: Սա մեծ սխալ է եւ պետք է հրաժարվել այս սովորությունից: Ժամը 19-ից հետո կարելի է կեֆիր, մածուն կամ ոչ յուղալի կաթ խմել:

Իհարկե, չպետք է մոռանալ նաեւ քայլելու, ակտիվ շարժվելու կամ առավոտյան վազելու ու մարզվելու մասին, որը ձեզնից կխլի ընդամենը 15–20 րոպե: Կամ շաբաթական մի քանի անգամ հարակվոր է այցելել մարզասրահ:
