Նարեկ Սարգսյանը շինարարության ոլորտում աճի դրական դինամիկա է կանխատեսում

Վերջին երկու-երեք տարիների ընթացքում շինարարություն ծավալները մնայուն վիճակում են. այս ոլորտում նվազում չկա: Այս մասին օգոստոսի 20-ին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը:Նախարարը հայտնեց, որ բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր են իրականացվում շինարարության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները լուծելու համար:«Ներկայումս բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր են արված, որպեսզի շինարարության ոլորտը զարգացում ապրի: Նախ պետք է թևթևացնել ներդրողների բեռը, որպեսզի շատ ներդրումները լինեն Հայաստանում: Այդ ուղղությամբ զգալի աշխատանք է իրականացվում»,- շեշտեց նախարարը: Նա նաև նշեց, որ երկու տարի առաջ ստեղծվել է ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչություն, որը բավականին լուրջ մշակումներ է արել ներդրումային փաթեթներ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ:«Ներդրողը պետք է ունենա լիարժեք տեղեկություն և պատրաստի էսքիզային նախագիծ ապագա կառույցների վերաբերյալ, որի ուղղությամբ ևս աշխատանքներ են տարվել: Մյուս խնդիրը, որի ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ են տարվում՝ շինարարական ոլորտի օրենսդրության խնդիրն է, որպեսզի շինարարների մոտ շահագռգրվածությունը լինի:Այս երեք ուղղություններով մոտեցնում ենք օրենսդրական իրավական ակտերը ավարտին, և ես վստահ եմ, որ 2017 թվականին շինարության ոլորտում անպայման աճ կգրանցվի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ եզրափակեց նախ արարը:
