Արքայադուստր Դիանային կարելի էր փրկել, այդպիսի սենսացիոն խոստովանություն է արել նրա նախկին թիկնապահ Քեն Ուորֆը:
Նրա խոսքով` լեդի Դիի թիկնապահները կարող էին նրան թույլ չտալ նստել այն ավտոմեքենան, որով նա վթարի է ենթարկվել, սակայն ինչ-որ պատճառներով դա չեն արել, հայտնում է The Express-ը:
ԶԼՄ-ների տվյալներով՝ Ուորֆը, ով աշխատել է Դիանայի մոտ 1993 թվականից, պատմել է, որ այդ մեքենայի վարորդը գտնվել է ուժեղ հարբած վիճակում: Թիկնապահները դա տեսել են և պարտավոր են եղել կանխել ուղևորությունը, ինչը արդյունքում ավարտվել է ողբերգությամբ:
