Կարճաղբյուրում ջրհեղեղեղից տուժած տնտեսություններն օգնություն ստացան Հայկական կարմիր խաչից

ՀՀ Կառավարության «Բարեգործական ծրագրերի համակարգման հանձնաժողովի» 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ի որոշմամբ՝ «Հայկական Կարմիր Խաչ» ընկերության կողմից իրականացվում է «Սելավ Հայաստան» ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում օգոստոսի 10-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կարճաղբյուր համայնքում մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրվեց այս տարվա հունիսի 24-ին ուժեղ անձրեւի եւ կարկուտի հետեւանքով տուժած 120 տնտեսությւններին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց «Հայկական կարմիր խաչ»-ի Գեղարքունիքի մարզի համակարգող Մակիչ Մնացականյանը, օգնությունը բաշխվել է «Կարմիր Խաչի եւ Կարմիր մահիկի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի արտակարգ իրավիճակների արձագանքման հիմնադրամ»-ի միջոցների հաշվին: Տուժած յուրաքանչյուր տնտեսության հատկացվեց 33 հազար դրամի օգնություն, սննդի եւ առաջին անհրաժեշտության այլ պարագաներ:
«Բնական աղետի հետեւանքով մեզ հասցված վնասներն ավելին են, քան հատկացված օգնությունն է, սակայն ցուցաբերված վերաբերմունքը եւ բարեգործությունը շատ գնահատելի են»,- օգնության բաշխման ընթացքում նշեցին աղետից տուժած մի խումբ կարճաղբյուրցիներ: «Հայկական կարմիր խաչ»-ի ներկայացուցչի հավաստմամբ՝ աղետից տուժած յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքին, բացի դրամական աջակցությունը, տրվել է սննդի եւ սանիտարահիգիենիկ պարագաներով հագեցած մեկական արկղ, որոնց միջին արժեքը կազմում է 24 հազար դրամ: Սակայն սննդօգնության եւ առաջին անհրաժեշտության արկղե րը բաշխվել են ոչ թե ընտանիքների, այլ մարդկանց հաշվով: «1-2 շնչից բաղկացած ընտանիքներին տրվել է մեկական, 3-5 շնչից բաղկացած ընտանիքներին՝ երկուական, 6-8 շնչից բաղկացածներին՝ երեքական, եւ ութ շնչից ավելի ընտանիքներին՝ չորսական արկղ: Ցուցակում ընդգրկված բոլոր 120 ընտանիքները տեղում ստացել են նախատեսված դամական եւ նյութական օգնությունը»,- հավաստեց Մակիչ Մնացականյանը: Կարճաղբյուրի գյուղապետ Տարոն Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ բնական աղետը վնասներ է պատճառել 137 տնտեսությունների: «Սակայն տարբեր պատճառներով օգնության ցուցակից դուրս են մնացել 17 ընտ անիքներ, որոնց նախատեսում ենք օգնություն հատկացնել Կարճաղբյուրի գյուղապետարանի միջոցների հաշվին: ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հատկացված միջոցներից մոտակա օրերին կսկսենք գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհների վերականգման աշխատանքները, որոնք վնասվել էին աղետից»,-նշեց Կարճաղբյուրի գյուղապետ Տարոն Քոչարյանը:
