Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարությունը քաջատեղյակ է հակառակորդի ճամբարում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին և կան բոլոր նախադրյալները ինչպես այսօր, հետագայում ևս պահպանել վերահսկողությունը վերջինիս բոլոր հավանական քայլերի նկատմամբ: Նշված նպատակին հասնելու համար անընդհատ կատարելագործվում են ինժեներական ամրակառույցների համակարգը, բարձրացվում զորքեի պատրաստության և ռազմատեխնիկական համալրվածության մակարդակը:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հայտարարել է ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լևոն Մնացականյանը օգոստոսի 11-ին ԼՂՀ-ում գործող և հավատարմագրված զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը:

«Մամուլի ասուլիսը հրավիրվել էր բանակային ուսումնական տարվա 1-ին կիսամյակի, այդ թվում նաև ապրիլյան զարգացումների արդյունքները ամփոփելու, ինչպես նաև գործունեության ընթացիկ և առաջիկա կարևորագույն ուղղությունների նախանշման համատեքստում:
Նախքան լրագրողների հարցերին պատասխանելը հանրապետության ռազմական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը, ներածական խոսքում ներկայացրել է հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում տեղ գտած հիմնական գործընթացների ընդհանուր պատկերը՝ նշելով, որ պաշտպանության բանակը կատարել է իր առջև դրված խնդիրները և կյանքի կոչել այն բոլոր ծրագրային միջոցառումները, որոնք նախանշված են եղել 2016թ. պատրաստության պլանով:
Խոսելով առաջնագծում առկա օպերատիվ-մարտավարական իրադրության մասին՝ Լևոն Մնացականյանը վստահեցրել է, որ բանակի հրամանատարությունը քաջատեղյակ է հակառակորդի ճամբարում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին և կան բոլոր նախադրյալները ինչպես այսօր, հետագայում ևս պահպանել վերահսկողությունը վերջինիս բոլոր հավանական քայլերի նկատմամբ: Նշված նպատակին հասնելու համար անընդհատ կատարելագործվում են ինժեներական ամրակառույցների համակարգը, բարձրացվում զորքերի պատրաստության և ռազմատեխնիկական համալրվածության մակարդակը:
Նախարարի ներածական խոսքին հաջորդել են լրագրողների հարցերը: Վերջիններիս հետաքրքրում էին ապրիլյան պատերազմի, բանակաշինության ընթացիկ փուլին վերաբերող տարբեր թեմաներ:
Մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում, որն, ի դեպ, նման ձևաչափով առաջինն էր Լևոն Մնացականյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ, բանակի հրամանատարը կարևորել է զանգվածային լրատվության դերը, մասնավորապես ներբանակային գործընթացները հանրային լայն շրջանակներին հասցնելու առումով և հույս է հայտնել, որ նման հանդիպումները կկրեն պարբերական բնույթ&ra quo;,-նշված է ՊԲ հաղորդագրության մեջ:
