Ադրբեջանում սահմանափակվում են կրոնական ազատությունները. Պետքարտուղարություն

Չնայած այն բանին, որ Ադրբեջանի սահմանադրությունը երաշխավորում է դավանության ազատությունը, կառավարությունը սահմանափակում է կրոնական, մասնավորապես, ոչ ավանդական խմբերի իրավունքները:
Այս մասին ասվում է ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղարության տարեկան զեկույցի Ադրբեջանին վերաբերող մասում:
«Պաշտոնական անձինք սահմանափակում են այնպիսի հիմնարար ազատություններ, ինչպիսին հավաքների եւ արտահայտվելու ազատությունն է, եւ նեղացրել են քաղաքացիական հասարակության գործունեության համար տարածությունը», -ասվում է զեկույցում:
Չնայած հավաստի տվյալների բացակայությանը, տեղական դիտորդների կողմից ճանաչված քաղբանտարկյալ-կրոնական ակտիվիստների թիվն Ադրբեջանում կազմում է 46 մարդ (2014 թվականին` 52):
Պարբերաբար ոստիկանական արշավներ են կատարվում «Եհովայի վկաներ», սալաֆի եւ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենի (նուրսիստների) կրոնական համայնքների անդամների հավաքների վրա, ասվում է զեկույցում:
Պետքարտուղարությունը ուշադրության է հրավիրում 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերին Նարդարան ավանում իշխանությունների կողմից կատարված հատուկ գործողության վրա, որտեղ ձերբակալվել էին 15 հավատացյալներ, այդ թվում` «Մուսուլմանական միասնություն» շարժման առաջնորդ Թալեհ Բաղիրզադեն:
Հաջորդ օրերին ավանը շրջափակվել էր ուժայինների կողմից, եւ այնտեղ սկսվել էին զանգվածային խուզարկություններ ու ձերբակալություններ: Ձերբակալվել էր 38 մարդ, որոնց մի մասը ազատ էր արձակվել առանց մեղադրանք առաջադրվելու:
«Մուսուլմանական միասնություն» շարժմանը վերագրվում է ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք, սակայն, ադրբեջանական իրավապաշտպան կառույցները կասկած են հայտնում այդ մեղադրանքների հիմնավորվածությանը:
Ադրբեջանում խորընդոտներ են ստեղծվում կրոնական համայնքների գրանցման, երկիր կրոնական գրականություն ներկրելու, նրա վաճառքի եւ տարածման համար: Միեւնույն ժամանակ իշխանությունների կողմից կրոնական հանդուրժողականության դասընթացներ են անցկացվում:
Ադրբեջանի կրոնական կառույցների հետ աշխատանքի գծով Պետկոմիտեի տվյալներով` բնակչության 69 տոկոսը մուսուլմաններ են: Նրանց 65 տոկոսը շիա, 35 տոկոսը` սունի է: Բնակչության 4 տոկոսը կազմում են ռուսական եւ վրացական ուղղափառ եկեղեցիների, հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու (ուտիներ) ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաեւ այլ քրիստոնյաներ, մոլոկաններ, հրեաներ եւ բահաիտներ, ասվում է զեկույցում:
