Բիզնեսի համար կհեշտանա ԵԱՏՄ կանոնակարգին գորգերի եւ սրբիչների համապատասխանության հաստատումը

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի (ԵԱՏՀ) նիստում օգոստոսի 9-ին ընդունվել Է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) «Հեղուկացված ածխաջրածնային գազերի նկատմամբ պահանջները՝ որպես վառելիք դրանց օգտագործման համար» տեխնիկական կանոնակարգը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, փաստաթուղթը միասնական պարտադիր պահանջներ Է սահմանում հեղուկացված ածխաջրածնային գազերի նկատմամբ: Կանոնակարգը վերաբերում Է այն գազերին, որոնք շրջանառության մեջ են դրվում Միության տարածքում եւ օգտագործվում են որպես վառելիք կոմունալ-կենցաղային, արտադրական սպառման համար, ինչպես նաեւ որպես շարժիչային վառելիք ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի համար:
Բացի դրանից, կանոնակարգը սահմանում Է հեղուկացված ածխաջրածնային գազերի պահման, փոխադրման, իրացման, օգտահանման, ինչպես նաեւ մակնշման պահանջները: Տեխնիկական կանոնակագրի պահանջներին հեղուկացված ածխաջրածնային գազերի համապատասխանության գնահատումը կկատարվի համապատասխանության հայտարարագրման ձեւով: Որակի տեղեկաթերթիկում մակնշումը կկատարվի Միության շուկայում արտադրանքի շրջանառության միասնական նշանով (ԵԱՀ - «եվրասիական համապատասխանություն»):
Կանոնակարգը պետք Է ուժի մեջ մտնի 2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից:
ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհրդի անդամները նաեւ համաձայնեցրել են փոփոխությունները Մաքսային միության «Թեթեւ արդյունաբերության արտադրանքի անվտանգության մասին» տենխիկական կանոնակարգում, որը գործում Է 2012 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից:
Մի շարք փոփոխություններ թույլ կտան պարզեցնել թեթեւ արդյունաբերության արտադրանքի համապատասխանության հաստատման ընթացակարգերը: Այժմ գորգերի, թաղիքի, նրբաթաղիքի, ոչ հյուսածո կտորեղենի եւ դրանցից պատրաստի արտադրանքի նկատմամբ վնասակար նյութերի տարաշարժի վերահսկողությունը կարող Է կատարվել օդային կամ ջրային միջավայրում, իսկ տնային, ամառային եւ լողափի կոշիկներից վնասակար նյութերի տարաշարժի վերահսկողությունը՝ այդ կոշիկների ներքին մակերեսից:
Նաեւ փոփոխություններ են մտցվել պարտադիր պահանջներին թեթեւ արդյունաբերության արտադրանքի համապատասխանության հաստատման ընթացակարգում: Մասնավորապես, սեղանի եւ խոհանոցի սպիտակեղենի, թաշկինակների, ցամքոցների եւ սավանների համար նախկինում անհրաժեշտ Էր ստանալ համապատասխանության հավաստագիր: Այժմ դրանք ենթակա են հայտարարագրման: Իր լաբորատորիաներ ունեցող խոշոր գործարարության համար դա Էապես կպարզեցնի համապատասխանության փաստաթղթերի ստացման ընթացակարգը:
Փոփոխություններն ուժի մեջ են մտնում ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհդի որոշման հրապարակման օրվանից 12 ամիս անց:
