ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Դիլիջանի բնակչուհի Գ.Կոխլիկյանի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ:  Առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։

2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 06-ին՝ ժամը 12:10-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ քրոջ ամուսնու եղբայրը կրակել է քրոջ՝ Գ.Կոխլիկյանի ուղղությամբ, եւ վերջինս տեղափոխվել է  հիվանդանոց:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 06-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, Դիլիջան քաղաքի տներից մեկի բակում Դիլիջանի բնակիչ, 44-ամյա Վ.Եսայանն իր մոտ պահվող հրազենով կրակել է իր եղբոր կնոջ՝ 36-ամյա Գ.Կոխլիկյանի ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով մեջքի աջ գոտկային շրջանում հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներ եւ հրազենով դիմել փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 06-ին Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է վիճաբանության շարժառիթը։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ին որոշում է կայացվել Դիլիջանի 44-ամյա բնակչին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին եւ նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական, դատաձգաբանական, դատահետքաբանական  համալիր փորձաքննություններ:
