Մազաթափությունը բնական երևույթ է ցանկացած մարդու համար, հատկապես՝ տարիքով։ Սակայն երբեմն մազերի այն քանակը, որը մենք հայտնաբերում ենք սանրի վրա կամ լոգարանում, չափից ավելի շատ է լինում, և այդ պարագայում հարկ է պարզել, թե ինչպիսի առօրյա սովությունները կարող էին հանգեցնել նման հետևանքի։

 

Գլուխը տաք ջրով լվանալը

Շատ մարդիկ հաճույք են ստանում տաք լոգանքից, սակայան մազերը լվանալ տաք ջրով չարժե։ Վերջինս մազերը դարձնում է պակաս կենսունակ և նուրբ։ Ցանկալի է գլուխը լվանալ գոլ ջրով, որից հետո՝ ցայել ավելի սառով։ Բացի այդ տաք ջուրը գլխի մաշկի վրայից լվանում է բնական յուղերը, ինչը ևս նպաստում է մազերի թափվելուն։

Դուք պետք է հիշեք այն մասին, որ մազերն ավելի խոցելի են թաց վիճակում։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով չի կարելի դրանք հանգամանալի սանրել, քանի դեռ չեն չորացել։ Հակառակ պարագայում մազերի արմատները թուլանում են, ինը հանգեցնում է մազաթափման։ Ֆենի միջոցով արագորեն չորացնելը նույնպես վնասակար է, քանի որ դա նույնպես թուլացնում է մազերը։ Գերադասելի է, որ վարսերը չորանան բնական ճանապարհով։

Աֆրիկյան հյուսքերը և համանման սանրվածքները դեռևս նորաձև են համարվում, սակայն դրանք վնասակար են մազերի արմատների համար։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով գերադասելի է խուսափել նման ոճերից և մազերը չափից դուրս ուժգին չձգել։

Հարդարող միջոցների չարաշահումը

Ամենատարբեր մուսերը, լաքերը և սփրեյները թույլ են տալիս սանրվածքը դարձնել ավելի գեղեցիկ, սակայն դրանք օգտակար չեն մազերի համար։ Հատկապես, եթե նշված միջոցների օգտագործումից հետո դուք դիմում եք սանրի օգնությանը․ այդ պարագայում մազերը վնասելու ռիսկը առավելագույնն է։

Սննդակարգը

Նախաճաշից կամ ընթրիքից հրաժարումը, լարված աշխատանքային օրը և, պարզապես, նիհարելու փորձերը մարդուն ստրպում են ավելի քիչ սնվել, ինչը վնասակար է մազերի համար։ Վերջիններիս անհրաժեշտ է սպիտակուցների որոշակի քանակություն, քանի որ, ըստ էությամն, մազերն իրենք կազմված են սպիտակուցներից։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով ձուկը, լոբին, ձուն և համանման մթերքները պարտադիր պետք է լինեն ամենօրյան սննդակարգում։
