Վաճառում են «Երկրագործության եւ բույսերի պաշտպանության գիտական կենտրոնի» լաբորատորիան

Կոտայքի մարզի Ջրվեժ համայնքում գտնվող «Երկրագործության եւ բույսերի պաշտպանության գիտական կենտրոն» պետական ոչ առեւտրային կազմակերպության լաբորատոր շենքը կվաճառվի ոմն Վրեժ Դավթյանին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգից: Ջրվեժ համայնքի 13-րդ փողոց, թիվ 58 հասցեում գտնվող 219.1 քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերեսով լաբորատոր շենքը եւ դրա զբաղեցրած, օգտագործման ու սպասարկման համար անհրաժեշտ 0.097 հա հողամասը կվաճառվի քաղաքացի Վրեժ Դավթի Դավթյանին:
Լաբորատորիայի շենքը գնահատվել է 12 միլիոն 406 հազար 720 դրամ, իսկ լաբորատորիային կից հողատարածքը՝ 4 միլիոն 388 հազար 280 դրամ: Գնորդը հինգ տարվա ընթացքում պետք է իրականացնի 5 միլիոն դրամի ներդրում` յուրաքանչյուր տարի հավասարաչափ: Լաբորատորիայի վաճառքի գումարի 70 տոկոսն ուղղվելու է պետական բյուջե, իսկ 30 տոկոսը` Ջրվեժ համայնքի ֆոնդային բյուջե:
Ըստ նախագծի` այս վաճառքը կբարձրացնի անշարժ գույքի օգտագործման արդյունավետությունը եւ կապահովի պետական բյուջեի մուտքերի ավելացում: «Ակնկալվում է պետական եւ ՏԻՄ բյուջեների մուտքերի ավելացում, ինչպես նաեւ տարածքի վիճակի բարելավում», - գրված է նախագծի մեջ:
