Գիրուկ տղամարդը 90կգ նիհարելուց հետո համացանցի աստղ է դարձել

Ֆլորիդայից Ռոս Գարները վերջին օրերին համացանցի աստղ է դարձել։ Տղամարդը օգտատերերին գերել է ոչ միայն իր հմայքով եւ մկանուտ մարմնով, այլեւ յուրօրինակ պատմությամբ։
Ամիսներ առաջ Ռոսը կշռում էր 177կգ։ Նա ամեն օր 15000 կալորիա էր ընդունում, ինչը նորմայից վեց անգամ ավելի է։ Նա հագնում էր XXXXL չափի հագուստ, իսկ երբ ճանապարհորդում էր, ստիպված էր լինում վճարել օդանավակայաններում ինքնաթիռի մեջ երկու նստատեղ զբաղեցնելու համար։ Ավելին, մոտ 10 ամիս առաջ տղամարդու բժիշկը զգուշացրել է, որ նման կենսակերպ վարելու հետեւանքով նրան ընդամենը 3 տարվա կյանք է մնացել։ Սա իսկապես շատ է ազդել տղամարդու վրա, եւ նա որոշում է ազատվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից։
«Ես իմ բլուզը երբեք ինչ-որ մեկի ներկայությամբ չէի հանում, քանզի ամաչում էի իմ գիրությունից։ Սակայն ես վերջապես հասկացա՝ ինչ էի անում իմ մարմնի հետ, եւ լուրջ փոփոխությունների դիմեցի՝ 15000 կալորիան նվազեցնելով մինչեւ 2500-ի։ Հիմա ինձ այլ մարդ եմ զգում եւ բոլորին ասում եմ՝ երբեք ուշ չէ կյանքը հիմնովին փոխելու համար»։
Նիհարելուց հետո Ռոսը նաեւ ավելորդ մաշկի հեռացման վիրահատության է ենթարկվել։
Այժմ հմայիչ տղամարդը մեկընդմիշտ հրաժեշտ է տվել անառողջ սննդին ու ալկոհոլային խմիչքներին եւ ուտում է հավի միս, ձուկ, բրոկոլի եւ բանջարեղեն։
