Բաքվի Սաբունչիի շրջանում անչափահասի հերթական ինքնասպանության դեպքն է գրանցվել:
Վկայակոչելով report.az կայքը, 15-ամյա Թեյմուր Հասանլին, որն աշխատում էր Քյուրդախանի շրջանի ավտովերանորոգման արտադրամասերից մեկում, կախվել է մետաղական ճոպանով: Անչափահասի ինքնասպանության դիմելու պատճառը հայտնի չէ:
Փաստի առնչությամբ «ինքնասպանության հասցնելու» հոդվածով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ների համաձայն` 2016 թվականի ընթացքում դա Ադրբեջանում գրանցված անչափահասի ինքնասպանության արդեն 21-րդ դեպքն է: Ադրբեջանում ընթացիկ տարում ընդհանուր առմամբ 228 ինքնասպանության դեպք, 106 ինքնասպանության դիմելու փորձ է գրանցվել: Ինքնահրկիզման է դիմել 29 քաղաքացի, 14-ը մահվան ելքով ավարտ է ունեցել:
Ադրբեջանում ինքնասպանների տարիքը սրընթաց երիտասարդանում է, իսկ շատ դեպքերում ինքնասպանությունների մի մասը իշխանությունները ներկայացնում են որպես սպանություն կամ դժբախտ դեպք: Մանկական հոգեբույժ Նարմինա Հաջիեւայի խոսքով` վերջին 10-20 տարիներին Ադրբեջանում մանկական ինքնասպանությունների թվաքանակը 15-16 անգամ աճել է:
Հոգեբան Ազադ Իսազադեն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ ինքնասպանությունների մեծացած թվաքանակն Ադրբեջանում կապված է հասարակության մեջ ագրեսիայի աճով, ինչը խոսում է ընդհանուր առմամբ նրա դեգրադացիայի հետ: Բացի այդ, ընդգծվել էր, որ Ադրբեջանում ինքնասպանությունների թվի մեծացման պատճառը կապված է սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակի վատացման հետ: Մասնավորապես, այդ երկրում ինքնասպանությունները հաճախակիացել են վարկային պարտքերի պատճառով:
Ադրբեջանական մամուլում հաճախակիացել են ինքնասպանությունների մասին տեղեկությունները: Սակայն, Ադրբեջանում ինքնասպանությունների պաշտոնական վիճակագրություն չի տարվում: Մամուլի հրապարակումների հետազոտությունների համաձայն` վերջին երկու տարում ինքնասպանություններն Ադրբեջանում ավելի շատ տեղի են ունենում նավթի եւ մանաթի էժանացման հետեւանքով բնակչության նյութական դժվարությունների պատճառով:
