 ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հրամանագրով Երևանի ոստիկանապետ է նշանակվել Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունը:

Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանը ծնվել է 1963 թ. փետրվարի 25-ին Շիրակի մարզի Լեռնակերտ գյուղում: 1983-1985 թթ. ծառայել է զինված ուժերում: 1986-1986 թթ. Ալթայի մարզի ՆԳ վարչության ընդունիչ-բաշխիչի միլիցիոներ: 1986-1990 թթ. ԽՍՀՄ ՆԳՆ Օմսկի միլիցիայի բարձրագույն դպրոցի ունկնդիր: 1990-1993 թթ. Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերլիազոր, ավագ օպերլիազոր: 1993-1996 թթ. Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետի տեղակալ: 1996-1996 թթ. Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիրի ՆԳ բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ: 1996-1999 թթ. Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունու ՆԳ բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ: 1999-2002 թթ. Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթի ՆԳ բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ: 2002-2004 թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետ: 2004-2007 թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ: 2007-2010 թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Կ. Դեմիրճյանի անվան մետրոպոլիտենի պահպանության բաժնի պետ: 2010-2011 թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Մալաթիայի բաժնի պետ: 2011-2013 թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչոթյան Կենտրոնականի բաժնի պետ: 2013-2014 թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշի բաժնի պետ: 2014 թ. անձնական նախաձեռնությամբ ազատվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ծառայությունից (երկարամյա ծառայության կենսաթոշակի անցնելու կապակցությամբ): 2015-2016 թթ. ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ: ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի 2016 թ. մարտի 2-ի հրամանով նշանակվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության պետի պաշտոնին: Պարգևատրվել է ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ ոստիկանության գերատեսչական մեդալներով և կրծքանշաններով: Ամուսնաց ած է, ունի երկու որդի:

Օգոստոսի 8-ին ոստիկանապետի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով պաշտոնից ազատվել էր Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ Աշոտ Կարապետյանը:
