Քաղաքագետը Հայաստանից ԼՂ հարցով դիրքորոշման խստացում է ակնկալում

Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանն ակնկալում է, որ օգոստոսի 10-ին Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպման ընթացքում հայկական կողմը ղարաբաղյան հարցի առնչությամբ Ռուսաստանին կներկայացնի իր առավել խստացված դիրքորոշում:
«Իմ տեղեկություններով՝ այս հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել է հայկական կողմի առաջարկությամբ, եւ որի ընթացքում, ըստ իս, Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանին պաշտոնապես կտեղեկացնի բանակցային դիրքորոշման փոփոխության մասին: Ռուսական կողմին կներկայացվի հայկական կողմի առավել խստացված, պահանջատիրական դարձած դիրքորոշումը: Իհարկե, մամուլի առջեւ կխոսվեն ինտեգրացիոն, ԵԱՏՄ, ՀԱՊԿ-ին վերաբերող խնդիրների մասին, սակայն հիմնական հարցը Ռուսաստանին Հայաստանի որոշումները ներկայացնելն է, ինչից հետո Ռուսաստանն իր հետեւությունները կանի: Հայաստանն էլ, կապված Ռուաստանի արձագանքի հետ, կփորձի հասկանալ հետագա քայլերի ընթացքը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց նա:
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ օգոստոս եւ սեպտեմբեր ամիսները հնարավոր է՝ լինեն լարված: «Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է ոչ թե որոշ տարածքներ, այլ ամբողջ Ղարաբաղը, եւ դա անում է բոլոր միջազգային հարթակներում: Նա բանակցությունների որեւէ հնարավորություն չի թողնում: Մյուս կողմից էլ Հայաստանն ասում է, որ տարածքային զիջումների նախկին պատրաստակամությամբ այլեւս հանդես չի գալու, եւ, ըստ էության, բանակցային գործընթաց չկա: Դրա այլընտրանքը լարվածության մեծացումն է»,-եզրափակեց Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
Օգոստոսի 10-ին Ռուսաստանում կկայանա Սարգսյան-Պուտին հանդիպումը: Բանակցությունների ընթացքում նախատեսվում է քննարկել երկու պետությունների միջև մի շարք ոլորտներում՝ քաղաքական, առևտրատնտեսական, հումանիտար, երկկողմ փոխգործակցության օրակարգի առանցքային, ինչպես նաև եվրասիական տարածքում ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների զարգացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
