Ադրբեջանում հիփոթեքային վարկերի տրամադրումը կիսով չափ կրճատվել է

2016 թվականի առաջին կեսին Ադրբեջանում հիփոթեքային հիմնադրամի միջոցների հաշվին հիփոթեքային վարկավորման ծավալը կազմել է 1,1 մլն մանաթ, ինչը 2015 թվականի նույն ժամանակաշրջանի ցուցանիշից 50 տոկոսով ցածր է:

Այս մասին հայտնում է «Ազադլըգ» թերթը` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկին:

Թերթը հայտնում է, որ դրա հետ միասին, ինչպես ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսին, հիփոթեքային հիմնադրամի գործընկեր բանկերը հունիսին եւս հիփոթեքային վարկեր չեն տրամադրել բնակչությանը:

Ադրբեջանի հիփոթեքային հիմնադրամը ստեղծվել է 2005 թվականի դեկտեմբերին եւ սկսել է վարկեր տրամադրել 2006 թվականի մարտից:

Ադրբեջանում սոցիալական հիփոթեքային ծրագիրը սկսվել է 2007 թվականից եւ գործել է 6 ամիս: 2009 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից հիփոթեքային վարկավորումը վերականգնվել է կոմերցիոն հիմունքներով գործելու պայմանով:

Կոմերցիոն պայմաններով հիպոթեքային վարկերը մանաթով տրվում է միայն Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներին` 3-ից 25 տարի ժամկետով: Վարկի առավելագույն ծավալը չի գերազանցում 50 հազար մանաթը: Այն չի կարող տրվել 8 տոկոսից բարձր տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով:

Պետական բյուջեից ֆինանսվորվում է միայն սոցիալական հիփոթեքային ծրագիրը: Նրա առավելագույն չափը կազմում է 50 հազար մանաթ, տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը` 4 տոկոսից ոչ բարձր: 2015 թվականին հիփոթեքային հիմնադրամի գործընկեր բանկերը 97,2 մլն մանաթի չափով հիփոթեքային վարկեր են հատկացրել:

Marja.az լրատվական կայքը հայտնել է, որ վերջին մեկ տարում դոլարի փոխարժեքն Ադրբեջանում 100 տոկոսից ավելի աճել է` հասնելով մեկ դոլարի դիմաց 1,65 մանաթի:

Ադրբեջանի բանկային հատվածը լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ է: Անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում մանաթի աննախադեպ արժեզրկման, բնակչության կողմից դոլարով վերցրած վարկերը վերադարձնելու գործում ծագած դժվարություններն ավելի են մեծացրել խնդրահարույց վարկերի ծավալը: Միայն այս տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանում չեղարկվել է Texnikabank, Bank of Azerbaijan, NBCBank, Qafqaz İnkisaf Banki, Atrabank, Gancabank,Dekabank, Kredobank, Parabank, Zaminbank եւ United Credit Bank բանկերի գործունեության թույլտվությունները: Փակվել են նաեւ «Դեմիրբանկ»-ի 4 բաժանմունքները: «Թուրան»-ը հաղորդել է, որ Ադրբեջանում բանկերի փակվելու այդ գո րծընթացը շարունակվում է:
