Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծի վերաբերյալ վերջնական գնահատականը կհրապարակի հոկտեմբերի վերջին

Հայաստանում անցկացվող սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների արդյունքում նոր Սահմանադրության վերջնական տարբերակի մասին ամփոփիչ գնահատական Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովը կհրապարակի այս տարվա հոկտմեբրի 26-28-ին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնեց Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի անդամ Քրիստոֆ Գրաբենվարտերը: «Գնահատելով վերջնական տարբերակը' մենք ևս մեկ նախնական գնահատական կտանք սեպտեմբերի կեսերին, իսկ վերջնական գնահատականը դրվելու է սեղանին ու հանրայնացվելու ամենաուշը հոկտեմբերի վերջին' 26-28-ին»,-ասաց Գրաբենվարտերը:

Օգոստոսի 25-ին Երևանի պետական համալսարանի Իրավաբանության ֆակուլտետում տեղի ունեցավ «Ժողովրդավարություն՝ իրավունքի միջոցով» եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի (Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի) փորձագետների հանդիպումը Հայաստանի կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Քննարկման թեման ՀՀ սահմանադրական փոփոխության նախագիծն է:
Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին խորհրդարանական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներ, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, իրավապաշտպաններ:

Օգոստոսի 24-ին «Ժողովրդավարություն՝ իրավունքի միջոցով» եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի (Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի) փորձագետներին ընդունել է ՀՀ նախագահը' բարձր գնահատելով Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի օժանդակությունը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին առընթեր սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովը օգոստոսի 20-ի ամփոփիչ նիստում հաստատել է Սահմանադրությունում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծը՝ կից հիմնավորումներով, և այն ներկայացրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահին: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը օգոստոսի 21-ին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով է ուղարկել Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների նախագիծը:
