Այսօր` օգոստոսի 8-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 08:30-ից Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակ քաղաքի Մուղնի թաղամասի մեծ թվով բնակիչներ հավաքվել են Աշտարակ քաղաքի «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ «Մուսալեռ» մասնաճյուղի «Աշտարակ» էլեկտրացանցի դիմաց:
Բնակիչները արդարացիորեն բարձրաձայնում են որ նշված էլեկտրացանցի պատճառով 1 տարուց ավելի է՝ Մուղնի թաղամասը հայտնվել է «Սոդոմ և Գոմորի մեջ»:
Էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատումների ու տատանումների պատճառով թաղամասի բնակչության գրեթե մեծ մասը կրել է խոշոր չափի ֆինանսական վնասներ: Խոտանվել ու վառվել են մեծ թվով սառնարաններ, համակարգիչներ, էլեկտրատեխնիկա, էլ չենք ասում այն մասին, որ մարդկանց սննդամթերքը սառնարաններում հոսանքների տատանման պատճառով դարձել է թափելու ապրանք:
Թաղամասում գործող խանութների տերերն էլ նույնպես մեծ վնասներ են կրել, քանի որ գնված ապրանքները, որոնք մինչև վաճառելը սառնարաններում էին պահում, դրանք էլ են դրաձել ոչ պիտանի:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում բնակիչներն ասում էին. «Նախկինում Էլեկտրաէներգիան սնուցվում էր Աշտարակ 3-րդ ուղղությունից, ինչից գոհ էինք, հետո չգիտես որ ծալապակասի ուղեղով անցավ, որոշեց վերացնի ու մեզ սնուցի 4-րդ գծից: Ու դրանից հետո լույսին կարոտ ենք: Անջատումները լինում են ամեն օր ու մի քանի ժամով: Մեր խնդրանքն ու պահանջը կայանում է նրանում, որ վերադառնանք նախկին Աշտարակ 3-րդ գծի ուղղությամբ, ինչից կրկնում ենք, շատ գոհ ենք եղել, իսկ հիմա հայտնվել ենք լույսին կարոտ քաղաքացու կարգավիճակում:
Մենք չենք ուզում դիմել ծայրահեղ միջոցի, ճամապարհներ փակել, բողոքի ակցիաներ անել, մտածելով, որ գոնե այս անգամ քաղաքակիրթ ձևով կլուծեն խնդիրը, հակառակ դեպքում, մնում է՝ մեր ու մանուկ, ահել ու ջահել Երևան-Գյումրի, Երևան-Վանաձոր ճանապարհը փակենք ու հաստատ խնդիրը չլուծվելու դեպքում փակելու ենք»:
