Պետական մեղադրողը պահանջել է Հայկ Կյուրեղյանին դատապարտել 14 տարվա ազատազրկման

Կենտրոն և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում օգոստոսի 25-ին տեղի ունեցավ Շանթ Հարությունյանի դատավարության առաջին նիստի օրը դատարանի բակում ոստիկանների ուղղությամբ կրակելու և մի քանի ոստիկանի վիրավորելու մեջ մեղադրվող Հայկ Կյուրեղյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործով հերթական դատական նիստը, որի ընթացքում մեղադրական ճառով հանդես եկավ մեղադրող Հարություն Սարգսյանը. պետական մեղադրողը պ ահանջեց Հայկ Կյուրեղյանին դատապարտել 14 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում նիստը նախագաhում էր դատավոր Արմեն Բեկթաշյանը:
Ամբաստանյալ Հայկ Կյուրեղյանը կրկին չէր մասնակցում դատական նիստին, քանի որ դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ տասը ժամով հեռացվել էր նիստերի դահլիճից' դատարանի նկատմամբ անհարգալից պահվածք դրսևորելու համար։
Դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց, հաջորդ դատական նիստը կայանալու է սեպտեմբերի 11-ին ժամը 11:00-ին:
2014 թվականի հունիսի 12-ին մեկնարկած Շանթ Հարությունյանի գործով դատական նիստից րոպեներ առաջ արտակարգ դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել դատարանի բակում, որի ընթացքում Հայկ Կյուրեղյանը կանգնել էր մեքենայի վրա և օդամղիչ ատրճանակից կրակել էր ոստիկանների վրա՝ վիրավորելով մի քանի ոստիկանի։ Հայկ Կյուրեղյանի նկատմամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով (խուլիգանություն զենքի կամ որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկայի գործադրմամբ) և 316-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի (իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը) հատկանիշներով:
