ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Սյունիքի մարզ

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արամայիս Գրիգորյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Սյունիքի մարզում: Սյունիքի մարզպետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային քննարկման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել մարզի բնապահպանական խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաև Մեղրիի տարածաշրջանում, մասնավորապես՝ «Արևիկ» ազգային պարկում վերջրս բռնկված հրդեհներին: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախարար Գրիգորյանը նշել է, որ առաջիկայում «Զանգեզուր» կենսոլորտային համալիրում նախատեսվում են հակահրդեհային ժամանակակից տեխնիկական միջոցների համալրման աշխատանքներ, իսկ մինչ այդ հարկավոր է շարունակել պահպանել զգոնությունը՝ ազգային պարկի հազվագյուտ բուսական և կենդանական աշխարհին պատճառվող վնասներից խուսափելու կամ նվազագույնի հասցնելու նպատակով: Մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանն առաջարկել է համատեղ ուժերով ձևավորել հակահրդեհային արագ արձագանքման խումբ, լրացուցիչ հսկողություն սահմանել առավել հրդեհավտանգ ժամանակահատվծում:
Ս. Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է «Զանգեզուր» կենսոլորտային համալիրի ազդակիր համայնքների բնակչության խնդիրները, որոնց վերաբերյալ նախարար Գրիգորյանը նշել է. «KFW բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Կովկասի պահպանվող տարածքների աջակցության ծրագիր. Հայաստան»-ի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել համայնքների զարգացմանը նպաստող մի շարք միջոցառումներ, որոնք թե՛ բնապահպանական, թե՛ սոցիալ-տնտեսական առումով դրական դինամիկա կապահովեն այդ համայնքներում: Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը պատրաստ է լսելու համայնքների բնակիչների առաջարկություններն ու կարծիքները, ներկայացնելու KFW-ի քննարկմանը և հնարավորության շրջանակներում լուծում տալու դրանց»:
Այցի շրջանակներում աշխատանքային հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել «Զանգեզուր» կենսոլորտային համալիրի աշխատակիցների հետ «Շիկահող» պետարգելոցի վարչական շենքում: Քննարկվել են համալիրի գործունեությունը, ձեռքբերումները, առկա խնդիրներն ու առաջիկա անելիքները: Նախարար Գրիգորյանը կարևորել է ԲՀՊՏ-ներում սկսված մոնիթորոինգի աշխատանքները և հանձնարարել, բացի բուսական աշխարհի մոնիթորինգից, իրականացնել նաև ջրաղբյուրների հաշվառում, որոնք հետագայում կնպաստեն հակահրդեհային միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև էկոտուրիստական նոր երթուղիների մշակմա ն համար:
Համալիրի գիտաշխատողները ներկայացրել են վերջին շրջանում կատարված ուսումնասիրություններն ու ձեռքբերումնեը, իրականացված մոնիթորինգի աշխատանքները, քննարկվել են նախատեսվող անտառշինական և անտառվերականգնաման աշխատանքների մանրամասներ:
Այցելության ավարտին նախարար Գրիգորյանը եղավ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհված ազատամարտիկ Արմեն Գասպարյանի տանը, իր զորակցությունը հայտնելով և նյութական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելով Գասպարյանի հարազատներին: Արմեն Գասպարյանի որդու հետ զրույցում նախարարը նշել է. «Մեզ համար մեծ ցավ էր Մակիչի նման լավ ընկերոջ և լավ աշխատակցի կորուստը, բայց և անսահման հպարտություն, որ մեր կողքին աշխատել է նման հայրենասեր ու պայքարող մարտիկ»:
