«Together4Armenia» վեբ հարթակը կամուրջ կհանդիսանա Հայաստանի եւ սփյուռքի համայնքային համագործակցության համար

Տեղական համայնքների եւ սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչների համար արդեն իսկ հասանելի է «Together4Armenia» վեբ հարթակը, որը կոչված է նպաստելու Հայաստան-սփյուռք համայնքների համագործակցությունը:
2014 թվականից ՀՀ Լոռու, Տավուշի, Շիրակի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում ԵՄ աջակցությամբ իրականացվող «Սոցիալական արձագանքն աշխատանքային միգրացիայի հիմնախնդրին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստեղծված վեբ հարթակը հնարավորություն է ընձեռելու հրավիրել տարբեր ոլորտներում գործող սփյուռքահայ մասնագետներին Հայաստան եւ իրականացնել փորձի փոխանակում:
«Հարթակն ունի տարբեր գործառույթներ: Սկզբում կապ ենք հաստատում Սփյուռքի հայրենակիցների հետ, ովքեր մասնագիտանում են տարբեր ոլորտներում: Նրանք կամավոր կերպով գալիս են Հայաստան փորձի փոխանակում իրականացնեու, հայաստանյան գործընկերներին նոր աշխատանքային մեթոդներ փոխանցելու համար: Օրինակ` մասնագիտությամբ բժիշկ մեր ամերիկահայ գործընկերը գրանցվում է հարթակում, եւ երբ այդ մասնագետի կարիքը լինի, այսինքն` ըստ մարզերում մեր կողմից իրականացրած կարիքի գնահատման տվյալների, մենք հրավիրում ենք նրան Հայաստան: Մինչ օրս ունեցել ենք տարբեր ոլրտների ներկայացուցիչներ Չինաստանից, Ռուսաստանից, Ամերիկայից եւ այլ երկրներից»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Շիրակի մարզում ծրագրի համակարգող Ամալյա Թումասյանը:
Ըստ մարզային համակարգողի` վեբ հարթակն ունի եւս մեկ կարեւոր գործառույթ. այն հնարավորություն է տալիս անհատներին, տարբեր կազմակերպություններին իրականացնել տարբեր գաղափարներ:
«Համակարգողներն այդ գաղափարները վերածում են հստակ ծրագրի, տեղադրում են կայքում երեք լեզվով, որպեսզի հետաքրքրվող մարդիկ կարողանան աջակցել եւ այս դեպքում պարտադիր չէ ֆինանսապես: Միգուցե այդ մարդն ունի շատ լավ մտավոր ներուժ եւ կարող է ծրագրի շրջանակում գործել որպես կոնկրետ ոլորտի մասնագետ` աջակցելով իր հմտություններով եւ գիտելիքներով: Նախքան այս հարթակի ստեղծումը մենք այլ մեթոդներ էինք օգտագործում սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ կապ հաստատելու համար` անձնական կապեր, սոցցանցեր, սակայն այժմ ավելի հեշտությամբ ենք դա անում&r aquo;-եզրափակեց Ամալյա Թումասյանը:

Ըստ մարզային համակարգողի` վեբ հարթակն ունի եւս մեկ կարեւոր գործառույթ. այն հնարավորություն է տալիս անհատներին, տարբեր կազմակերպություններին իրականացնել տարբեր գաղափարներ:
